I want someone to look at me the way Diana looks at Manny.
Haha
Manny Ortiz haha love your work man. You've been an inspiration. Thank you! 🌸
I want someone to look at me the way Manny looks at his Sony.
@@malikmusanna Yeah agree
Juan Quispe 🤣🤣🤣
Notes:
+ Environment (Negative Space)
+ Leading and Symmetrical lines (buildings, trees, railings, etc.)
+ Curves (Hot wife NOTED! 👌)
*Colors as well.
Thanks, Manny!
That's his wife?
boddlook yup
@@GretSeat Don't know. What's your point. I was the one asking the question genius.
@@GretSeat can a husband not call his wife's name anymore?
@@GretSeat That's you. Many people use their spouse's name. maybe he just never wanted to use pet names in his videos and left it mostly for their personal life. Not a big deal.
Am I the only one that likes the photos more before they were edited? I don't like the skin tones in the edited versions, also the white balance looks more to the colder side
That’s why I love classic chrome :)
Ahahahah
I was thinking the exact same thing, I just didn't want to say it,
lol thanks men
Definitely prefer the warmer colors SOOC!
Thats exactly what I was thinking, I like the unedited ones better. The edited ones look too bright
U r not alone bro
That last shot with the trees was my favorite one
It's so funny to see Diana's expressions while Manny is explaining something XD haha. BTW, I love your work Manny Ortiz, you help and inspire me a lot as a photographer, keep going. You and Diana, GREAT TEAM!!!!!
Diana is absolutely gorgeous! For if there was a moment you needed to shoot photos of your model subject with a DSLR, that definitely would have been the time to have it.
YOU'RE THE MAN Manny! What I love about your videos is that you explain what's going on in your head, which is great for us just beginning photography. You and Dianna also add an element of entertainment that allows for a relaxed learning curve. Would love it if you included your exposure settings and why you're using them.
When Manny threw his hands up and walked off slightly 😂😂😂 dude that's so me when I'm annoyed or inconvenience by ANYTHING!!! 👍🏾
I live my life very simple. I get a Manny Ortiz notification - I click. I learn. I improve. Thank you Manny, this is awesome.
The X100f is such a beautiful camera with the images it produces and the look of the camera.
She is just too damn funny!! To be a nurse and be a great model/help to you and STILL laugh is perfect!!
So informative. Thanks for sharing. Composition always trumps the "just bokeh" shots...
Great Shots! Honestly they didnt need the LR edits, straight from the camera was fire!
I really like how both of them have fun . Keep up the great work and motivation
02:42 That location is too 🔥🔥🔥 Diana did great and you killed it with the shot....It was my favorite spot too, the colors just blend💯
Been seeing so much shallow depth of field on your channel it just got old and tired af. This was fresh! Good to see you using those creative muscles instead of just blurring the F out of the background. Nice work, Manny!
ya'll are so adorable. thanks for the tips!
Nice pictures and compositions even when they are unedited. I actually love most of them in their unedited states. Good job bro
Yay, Manny drops a vlog and monday doesn't seem so bad for 8 minutes
As a self proclaimed TOP FAN OF MANNY ORTIZ I APPROVE THIS VIDEO!! Great content bro, i watch all your stuff its helped me improve my composition 🔥🔥
🙌🙌🙌
how can you stay focused with your wife looking directly at you while she makes those hilarious expressions? :D
Ok let me check my gears:
Camera - check
Lenses -check
Skills - good enough
A hot model who is in love with me and willing to follow me everywhere - I'm not sure
😭💀💀
yo you good ? LOL
Man the way she looks at him... is the best thing I enjoyed in this video
I really appreciate this lesson Manny, it's not always about the bokeh, at times you have to make the best of what you have along with using the most of your surroundings. This my friend is why your a mentor for many of us. Thanks and keep it going friend.
Ah I love this guys videos, always focuses on what is necessary....
Manny your videos are amazingggggg!! ❤️❤️❤️ Good quality and i enjoy them all.
Wow, the shot with the flowers 6:18. Fuji nails the skins tones. I think I am going to get me either the Fuji xt30 or this one for just photos.
Im always a fan of the BTS videos. Thanks Manny
Thanks Manny and Diana. Another great video. I love how you two work together. I learned a lot from you two.
she looks so fun tbh. The energy haha
Love from Nigeria🇳🇬.... You inspire me bruh ✌🏾
This is great stuff Manny. Thank you for consistently adding value to the field.
You and the Mrs. have a good thing going. You banter “works” and is very entertaining. Might I suggest working more of that into your future videos (how pretentious of me lol)?
Lol
love the x100f. Great shots as always. Flawless.
Nice video, Manny, as always. That last shot with the lines of trees as a frame was fantastic. I assumed you'd be capturing the tree trunks on each side, but just getting the luscious leaves was so much better!
love the shot with the patterns
My favourite is the classic chrome profile 📸👌🏼
“” Manny, this headache’s so bad,
Could I get a Tylenol please? “” 😂👍
Hey it works 😂😂
Manny Ortiz yeah it did!😀👍
Appreciate the advice God Bless you guys
I love that bridge. I didn’t have a model when shooting there but it made for a beautiful landscape photo. I’m from Cincinnati so downtown Chicago was like candyland to me
Great shots! Your my inspiration bro.
So many noobie photographers rely on just bokeh as a crutch, they forget the fundamentals of photography. This is a great way to step out of that comfort zone and take more interesting photos.
True.
Great ideas and concepts. Enjoyed your vlog.
videos with Diana are always fun. lol
Great job. One of the only, I mean only person that shoots and gives tutorials and not just shows off gear. Nice job hermano
I literally learn something new in every video. It really helps & I apply the techniques in my photography everyday!
Keep it up Manny! Great job!
📸
3 tips to improve. Tip one 0:30
Seriously tho nice shots. Especially towards the end. The fuji colors looked nice out of camera too.
the only tip you need,
is to have a beautiful model and you will never take a bad photo!!
Santiago Golding facts
"You didn't even see the bird....you were looking at yourself" LMAO !!!!
Manny and Diana are my favorite couple ever 😍
Nice. Thanks for the tips.
Thanks Manny, I appreciate all your videos.
She cute and fine ! And she funny! You won the lottery my talented brothaaa!! 👊🏽📸
Learned so much about photography from you Manny! Keep doing yoo thing!
One of my favorite cams!
that first location would have been a sweet headshot with a telephoto lens but that last photo was a darn good banger. Also, I didn't realize till now that I have the Filmic preset when I bought the retouching course lol I was so excited to learn + mess with the Walmart drake that I completely skipped over it.
The photos with the flowers and the trees in the background were the best I liked. Nice video tho!
Nice tips bro I appreciate it all
Perfect Model + Perfect Photographer = Best Pictures 😍😍💕💯🍁☄🌸
You guys are funny as hell. Good video. Thanks.
the greatest photography tip ever. add a little sofrito to the composition.
I use the T for portraits in the UK with the tele converter love your photos
This is very helpful, I'll put the techniques to use. I also just bought the Walmart Drake presets. I'll be putting those to use too.
Hell yes. Thanks man
I love this video! :) and Diana is such a sweet and funny woman
Mannn I was literally just there over the weekend! The Chi is nice. I thought about hitting you up bro but I didn’t 🤦♂️ nice vid btw
Sofrito🇵🇷makes EVERYTHING better. Great video and info 💯💯
Thank You!
Great video!! Though, I think the biggest take away from this (for me) was, just because you're pretty (though it helps), doesn't make you a model. big thumbs up for using the fuji (in electronic shutter mode).
Im the one subscriber in your channel idolll
Manny, you’re shooting at landmark architecture locations w/ probably the most popular street camera. Step back and Shoot wide. Make use of the scene more. Even your camera man knows wassup in some of his compositions vs. yours.. But you’re still good too, just my personal preference as a viewer that’s never been there before.
3:35 the reason i watch these videos
These locations are dope. Can you leave a list of these sites please!!
Ive watched the Video in 2020 and got the message out of the video.
But holy shit, that presets are/was craaaaap ^^
Dude I’d love to see more fuji content from you. Perhaps try X-T3 with 23 1.4, 35mm 2.0, 56mm 1.2 or 90mm 2.0 💖
Gotta love that shutter! 😀
She obviously really loves him! Vive l’amour!!!
The one thing that always hits me with your videos isn't how talented a photographer you are, or that you're giving great tips for free to other photographers but how fit your wife is! :-P (only joking Manny you're great too).
This video is amazing ! You guys are hilarious.
It helps to have Chicago to play in. Such a beautiful city.
Mannys tappin that
what are your thoughts on the canan m50 mirrorless ? could you do a video on it and some pictures as well ?
You got me at the “sofrito” line, brah
That was the photography guru at work. Lol. Manny, my man, you are a master. Send my regards to Diana!
Btw, are you gonna buy the Sony 16-55mm f2.8?
Love your work Manny. you have the best model"Wifey" ever. hope to see you at PhotoPlus NYC.
Also can you make a Classic Chrome PS action to purchase ;)
Maybe I can used those tips in my shoot later :) thank for the tips :)
"HOW TO PHOTOGRAPH MY WIFE" aka every Manny Ortiz video ever.
Great Video's man...Tiz here from south africa Thanks for the tips....I'll be using em...Now to get miss universe to model for me....cuz you got....???
Y’all are incredible

Great video
This was refreshing to see since everyone obsesses over bokeh these days lol. Great work bro!
Word. Background starts to matter, thats a challange.
Your videos are amazing man, always something new for me. Is that Chicago?
Gonzalo Arcas yes Chicago’s Millennial park. 🤘🏽
Yessir
great shots ! the shots are all with the 35 mm lens correct ( i.e. 35X1.5 = approximately 50 mm full frame equivalent ) ?
It's 23mm x 1.5
such a good tutorial! thanks for sharing!
Maaaan LMAO @3:33 "If you didn't care about nobody lookin at your booty, you you i mean you you d.. obviously dont care"
Where there's smoke there's 🔥
Still amazing with no flash!!
omg yaasssss 4K
Can you do a video reviewing the x100f?
