I like how these use the classic bumper music. They bring back memories.
Which I didn't know that because I never been born in the 90s before
@Andersen Your Only Born Once
@@isaacbirkmier6980 Well since 2002 I only was because of this anyway
Glad to see they were still using the classic Nick music for those modern bumpers.
Kinda makes me think if they would use them for today's bumpers and IDs?
Yeah, but I'm not really sure if these are really considered modern anymore? Are they newer than the 90s, maybe so. Modern is probably a better term to describe whatever has the post 2009 nick logo (I prefer ANY version of the 1984 logo over the 2009 logo). It does show that Nickelodeon still has a lot of retro elements well into the 2000s (Which that era itself is already considered retro now)
0:05 Also used by Nickelodeon Games, but with different audio and higher quality.
I hope Nickstory has the highest quality collection of Nick's "pictograph" bumpers from 2002-2003. Plus, I remember the 2003 "orange splat" era.
The second one was actually reused in SpongeBob Typing believe it or not
Found you
I love how it represents the slime
I think I’m convinced these were used for:
Tiny Toon Adventures
Doug
Animaniacs
Rocko’s Modern Life
Real Monsters
The Angry Beavers
CatDog
Oh Yeah! Cartoons
Pelswick
Invader Zim
Butt-Ugly Martians
Zim had bumpers actually, but only in Japan.
6/5/23 update: a user online apparently made a new discovery by finding a tape of a late 2004 Nickelodeon (us) invader zim airing. turns out it used generic bumpers.
And SpongeBob SquarePants
My favorite era.
is it just me, or did you have a fear of the orange splat as a kid 😅
0:08 Splat!
Fun Fact: They also Used the Ident for the Former Interactive Publisher Logo.
These two bumper of 0:00 were used on nickelodeon italia 17 years ago for to present the next program for example soon spongebob only on nickelodeon the voice has been presented by the italian speaker of the this channel marco de domenico but now it has been replaced 6 years ago by Andrea oldani now the actual speaker
This is so classic I remember the 2000s
I remember that Nick Germany uses first 2 idents but they add the ad splat (2005-2008)
the 1996 songs would be used again in 2003 and in Germany for the relaunch in 2005
These were used from November 2003-January 2005

NICKELODEON
That was a weird era for Nickelodeon, when I was little I was afraid the splats would hit me (what are they made of anyway? Judging by their looks it kinda looks like cheez whiz or some sort of juice that tastes really disgusting)
I think they are made of orange juice
I think it's just orange slime, honestly... (Not that that explains anything tho)
I wanna know how they make those beautiful splash forms
This is slightly not the highest quality (first and second ones) These ones are in nick russia
Which has the best quality possible in a dvd
I always wonder how they made the splats so realistic🤨
@julius19230what coom?
@@pedrofernandesfidelissanta3633cum
Here's how: They made their splats realisitc by getting paintbrushes, dipping them in orange paint, and "splatted" the orange paint onto a piece of paper.
