What about cases for sole proprietors? Was issued a notice to levy to the guy I work under as a sole proprietor, my credit card company, my credit karma account, and my federal credit union. I’m already working with a revenue officer who is working my tax attorney on the case. Does that mean did they already issue it? Or is it a copy of them before faxing them off?
