The thing about T.Samson is that the longer in the run you are, the more annoying his berserk becomes. I mean it's so freaking annoying when IT activates 10 times during the hush' bullet hell.

My personal rating: T isaac: A+ tier, he gives a second option for every pedestal, he starts with a bomb so free secret with a potential game break at the start and even with the 8 items max he is still so good. T magdalene:A tier, she is really interesting and has a fun mechanic that isn't that complex to understand, plus her hugs are fucking op T cain:D tier, imo the most boring ass character to play, every run is atleast 1 hour long just at flooded caves 1 and he just breaks the game every time you play if you know the receipts, just a pain in the ass to play. T judas:S tier, badass motherfucker who slaughters every enemy and gives you dmg up for that, really fun to play, op early on the run but still good at the end T blue baby: B tier, really fun, even if he isn't that run friendly if you don't recognize his pattern he is still an underrated shitty boy. T eve:B+, she has a rlly interesting mechanic made for players who know what they are doing, but is a potential killing machine if you proc lots of clots (and if you have lots of red hearts for that matter) T samson: (S)L A U G H T E R (the most fun character to play and i like listening to doom music while i play him so yes) T azazel: S- he is WAYYY more fun than his normal counterpart and his curse is just so fucking op i just can't goddamn explain how much but he may lack in range with his sneeze thus putting you into danger often T lazarus: (F)orgettable as fuck, can mess you up 80% of the runs and i still never will choose him out of will T eden: can't rate him since he is more luck based than anything but his mechanic is a C tier for me T lost: A+ tier, he is the hardest (after J&E) character to play, even if he has a dmg multiplier he has the good exception of having the possibility to rig more easily since all of hp ups are removed and other items, sole reason why i put him in A+. Tainted Jacob in my opinion is a glass cannon similar to base Judas. You can shred bosses with Esau but Esau can still fuck you over if you not paying attention

Well, Tainted Jacob is the real goat. the concept is decent and well made to be high risk, but VERY high damage And the Tainted lost... not goat He is just disappointing It makes you lose more frustration because you can not even protect yourself from the Edmund McMillan classic Cheap damage rooms
I haven’t unlocked tainted Jacob yet but I think it would depend on which path your going on. If you going the normal path, tainted jacob would be better because the enemies are easier and have less hp. But if you going down the alt path, normal jacob would be better because you can get both items in the treasure rooms.
