The most interesting part was finding out that you think of back up methods to lower or raise the difficulty depending on how the competitors do. Really cool to watch you guys in action!

Why do you have spotters in indoor bouldering?
did you guys anticipate seren’s heel hook for the penultimate move or was that like a ‘WOAH’ moment haha?
Definitely not anticipated (and slightly scary to watch) but in retrospect is a pretty good solution to match and probably not too hard
What a diverse setting team. Where are the women?!
We do have quite a few women in our teams across the country, as well as using female frelancers regularly at the walls we set at. Unfortunately there just aren't that many female route setters in the UK currently (this is getting better though!) so some sets still end up as an all male setting team.
Cry me a river, are you a female setter looking for work? There are none of those
