Hey sir Jolito! Ive been binge watching your vids and tiktoks for weeks now. Thank you for what you do. Me and the wifey just bought some materials to start our printing business this year. We are beginners but did “enough” research to start🤣 Hopefully I can pick your brain sometime to shorten our learning curve. Mabuhay kayo sir and happy new year sa buong pamilya niyo🎉
Ye are a great team Jerald, the way ye all get stuck in and support each other to get the job done. Were you always knowledgeable about maintenance of these temperamental machines or did you just learn and get good on the job. Great work 👍🏻
@@merchstudio In the long run you’re experience will be invaluable, you don’t have to depend on, or wait for someone else to come and get you up and running following a breakdown. Saves an awful lot of time I imagine. Well, I like how you show the good and the bad, it’s not all heavenly bliss and money just rolling in 😂
First let me start by sayung you have been the most helpful youtuber to get me started on my journey. I do have one question should I form my LLC before starting?
Thanks, @vlance5142. I can't give you legal advice because I'm not an accountant or finance expert. This is just based on experience. Going with an LLC, Sole prop or Corp is an individual decision so you'll have to decide what's best for your business based on your situation. One huge pro of having an LLC is you keep your business and personal assets separate. In a sole prop, everything is owned by you, the person. What this means is that if someone sues your LLC and you lose, assuming you keep finances and everything separate (e.g. your LLC gives you a salary and all your personal expenses come from that salary), then your personal assets are safe. I recommend finding a trustworthy and competent accountant to help you make an informed decision about this matter. Best of luck!!!
Love the videos, thank you for taking us along on your journey! In one of your earlier videos you said you wanted to help 1000 people start their own business, I am curious how are you doing this? Do you have somewhere people can sign up or anything? My wife and I are starting the process, got a vinyl cutter and heat press and are getting going but would love some more guidance and detailed one on one but we are chugging along and I always anticipate your videos coming out! Again thank you for what you do, I love your and Raven's products, got my ramen shirt couple weeks ago, and cannot wait to continue the journey with you all!
@@merchstudio Holy cow, is there anything you aren't working on?! That is awesome, I very much look forward to it! I mostly stick to youtube, but am going to have to go check out your IG and tt accounts as well. Been avoiding them but maybe it is time, especially if we are going to be growing our own business. Also, really diggin the new logo!

Wish I had some of that “experience” you’ve gone through.
