    Yes, good information. I enjoy my normal breathing rate of 2 to 4 times per minute since last 30 years....I remain conscious even in sleep. You are absolutely correct.

    V good vido.I m vipshyna sadhak, . Last 10 years.
    I observed my breath without any response in vipshyna sadhna. It's very useful for piecefull, happy mind mind. But your apan breathing is very useful for health immediately. It's tru.. I feel better for past.Thanks sir.
