Thats a decent day, Uber always messing about with the algorithm, the other day someone with a low rating was trying to request a trip and I was the only driver around and suddenly his rating changed no joke, same person same trip the price changed up and his rating literally changed to a higher rating, couldn't believe it
The last time I visited London it looked like the Kia E-Niro full electric has become Uber rideshare king. Toyota Prius were there, but so many Kia’s it was like a Kia invasion.
@@ONTHEROADWITHHR I like Toyotas, I’ve owned two Yaris, and Avensis and a mighty Corolla with zero issues. Any electric car has around 20 moving parts, where as a hybrid or combustion engine has around 2000 moving parts. Adding things up, the math don’t lie, take care and take money!
That's really good for only 6 hours. Im in the west mids and I have to work nearly 10 hours to make 150 on a weekday. Also I've noticed you guys in London get big multiplier per mile, you were getting close to £3 per mile there (apart from the big jobs) here is more about £1.3-£1.5 per mile on a weekday. Not to mention there's barely any trip requests unless there's some event so you have to accept close to £1 per mile sometimes
Bro ,that 153 £ is your net profit or uber cut percentages % of that ? Im planning to join uber in Manchester but k still dont understand how and when uber charge drivers
Uber cuts percentage before they give you the job. So just say on your screen a £20.00 job pops up uber has already taken away their charges. So that 153 is profit minus petrol.
Thanks for your reply, mate. So it's not bad ,I mean I work 8 hours shift for 100£ . Driving your car 8 hours for this money sounds better , not rich but you're your own boss at least . However ,keep uploading videos mate ,we love it 🫡🤜🤛
Don’t bother up here in Manchester it’s a joke there’s. No work anywhere believe me I’m sat here now £50 in 6 hours it’s finished up here saturated with drivers done this job 21 years never been so bad looking for minimum wage job better than this
What are the common and/or unusual problems/issues you come across i.e. parking, pickup & drop off locations that can get up penalties etc... and how you deal with them. Are there particular areas in central london you avoid?
Pick and drop off become a problem when passengers dont know that we cant stop at certain places etc Also have to take note with speed limits as most of london is 20 and if you get caught by the cameras then your getting points.
Hey bro, are you able to provide any info on renting a pco car? I also live in East London near Barking area. Currently renting a 13 plate Prius for 500pm which seems expensive
Personal chauffeur, 😂, in a Prius, 😂, as for uber messing with drivers your paranoid mate, if you don’t get a job after 15 mins, log off, wait five minutes, jobs come through, it’s always been a tech issue, nothing to do with algorithms
@@ONTHEROADWITHHR Oh I see, thanks for the response! I'm planning to do uber part time as well, but the yearly insurance is like 4k per year so i was thinking to maybe go with a pay as you go insurance
You will never make this up north for 6 hours. Also them fares your getting is amazing and I heard it’s regular in London. In Birmingham you will get that when there is a surge or on a snowy day. But of course London you have more expense and cost of living is generally higher.
honestly, these fairs for guys down here are not amazing, don't get me wrong i do not take many jobs because they are not worth it. More expenses down here, I only do this part time the guys that do this full time take in about 1200 before expenses sometimes even higher.
£20 pounds an Hour is not the amount that goes in your Pocket to make £1200 in london now you will have to work 6 days a week 10-12 Hours a day maybe more in week days after all expenses your left over with under Minimum Wage this industry is over not worth it to much driving with Uber and the fares are Ridiculous Modern Day Slavery 💀💀
@cabdidarwiish6234 yes it is, you are travelling 30 miles bro, after petrol insurance tyre car worn this and this you are making around £ 15 per 30mile which is unfair, traditional taxi drivers atleast they will charge this trip £55 or more, the problem about uber drivers is they work for less and destroys the industry, on top of that uber charges customers alot and pay drivers peanut
That Farnham job was at 833pm and took 1 hour 30 mins how you get home by 1030pm from Farnham ?
You started east London so must live that way ?
Not a bad days wage ,similar shifts up here in Liverpool we take around £22-£25 an hour 👍👍👍
Then you have expenses of £7 per hour and 20% eax to pay HMRC - So not much left at the end of the day.

Yes , kia niro is on the rise, but the japanese cars are much more reliable.
