I found pre heating and precoating pre coating the scuppers on rotomould kayaks helped with solving problems with through hull scuppers leaking and breaking later on. Great video guys. Ross.
I didn't see or maybe I missed the sealing between the two bodies. Or maybe it's not necessary? Or in kayak you assume anyway that you will be permanently wet?🤔

I always wondered what made kayaks so expensive because they are extremely poorly made and after watching the process I'm more confused than ever. What amazes me more is why anyone would buy one.
So the plastic is a petroleum-based product and very expensive, the setup costs are in the hundreds of thousands, running the machines with the extreme heat is also expensive... staff must be paid, the workshop rent would not be cheap... maintenance costs are also a thing. These boats are only a couple hundred usd so they are not making a huge profit at all. Tax must be paid, advertising etc so it's really the most cost effective way to get out on the water.

저두 얼마전까지 분리형 카약 차에 넣고 다녔는데 조립도 간편하고 반 정말 실용적였네요 ㅎㅎ

Always be aware of capsizing when kayaking. An auxiliary boat can be attached to prevent capsizing. 😀

이렇게 만들면 물에서 부력은 더 좋겠는데 굳이 이렇게 힘들게 공간을 줘서 만들 이유가 있는지요?
그냥 텐션있는 철이나 알루미늄 같은 재질로 심을 넣고 이것보다 부피가 얇고 지금보다 10~15mm 두꺼운 것이 부딪힘이나 충돌 시 오히려 안전하지 않는 가요?
