Well done in pursuing this. “PN” held us to ransom by doing a return from the delivery point without checking then trying to charge us double, he threatened us and also called the customer to tell them that they should not pay us because we are questioning his return journey. Thankfully they understood that this was an unprofessional and disgruntled driver. This platform was less than helpful though and the resolve was to remove both feedbacks and for us to grudgingly pay “PN” invoice. Sorry you had the misfortune of dealing with the worst platform member I’ve come across, if the platform listened to my complaint in November then it would have saved you and others the hassle! This platform needs a shake up and just do not take feedback seriously, dismiss it and will not mediate on hear say and opinion, if like us, are without evidence. Well done FFL 👏🏼🙌🏼
Thanks pal, from what they were telling me it’s been around 4-5 incidents all similar, him after extra money or co loading and getting caught out then playing the race card. He’s a disgrace
No one needs that stress.Few jobs I've turned up for and it's not what you expected(No communication between shipper and customer).Shipper should be made to fill in Weight,Packaging and Dims,so you can put in a fair bid and get a fair price.When you next update the CX could you pass that on?Not that they will probably act on it?
Agree with this and would like to see more job details but sometimes van size is all a customer requests. Lack of details/address es by some is shocking.
Had a job last where the shipper booked a small van job. So I gave a small van price. I arrived to collect the job only to that the item much bigger. It only just fitted into my SWB. I called the shipper to him he'd ordered the wrong size van and he didn't understand the problem. I then got stuck at Heathrow airport for 2 hrs. He only paid me £25 for waiting that long. He's now on my blacklist
