Don't worry about the "Quit saying 'You Know'" comment. The more comfortable you become making these videos, the more you will find yourself saying it less and less. When I worked in radio - MANY - years ago, I would read aloud every sign, billboard, and written word I saw on the way to wherever I was going. That helped me cultivate good diction and made me more comfortable speaking. As my kids used to say when they were teens, "You go, kid!"
