Yo so I noticed a bit during the video you mentioned about a recurring adductor/abductor injury. I know you know a metric fuckton about lifting, not trying to come across as disrespectful. Something I incorporate to help for accessories (had a really gnarly psoas and glacilis injury a year or two ago). I found hip marches (Essentially laterally walking back and forth on a belt squat machine with extremely light weight for 1-3 minutes) as well as adding more lunging type motions. Whether it be sled work, or more strongman moving events. I found it to help A LOT for me. Drastically reduced my time being injured and they feel bulletproof for the long term.
