We see that Oliver always saw Quentin as a respectable father figure. We get to know about this early on in S4 when Oliver got to know about Quentin working with Damian. "You know... Barry suffered a lot, sure, but who tf is saying he suffered more than Oliver? This man was neglected by his parents for his entire childhood, his early twenties were a cry for help, everyone he looked up to on the island has tried to kill him, and he spent the rest of his life fighting a neverending war and created a new multiverse that others will experience, but won’t even let him live or die. Out of everyone from Lance, Diggle, Felicity, Sara, and Slade Wilson I gotta give credit to this doctor because when she found of Laurel was the Canary she didn't say jack sh1t especially when she found he's Green Arrow. She was quite the character I'd be surprised if she was Mia's doctor as a young child but yet again I'm sure she must've died or something knowing as how'd she be 40 perhaps 50/60 year's old
She died in an explosion at the hospital. I think it was in the episode where Mia, William, and Connor came back in time. I don’t recall if they showed her again in the final episode Post-Crisis, but I like to believe that Oliver brought her back as well when he recreated the multiverse (at least he did in my head canon Arrowverse). She was an unofficial member of Team Arrow and deserved to be brought back.
