@@TabarakSohail i am talking about the react native ui libraries. muilib did not work on react native while i was learning react native. it's just my ui stack which i am used to.
I created a somewhat big app with native base. As the app was growing, it was impossible to use. The whole Ui became too slow and somewhat un responsible. Everything had a delay. I don’t know how people keep recommending it. Have you even try it?
Hey Simon, do you know if tamagui is soon connectable with expo web? For me it was a party stopper that you have a additional NextJS App for the web in tamagui. I really love expo for the single clean Codebase. I would love to see tamagui fully integrated in expo native and web.
@@galaxies_dev h i Simon, sorry to not remember specifically because i gave up react native and have started flutter to can make image editing with a good performance. i think paper is the best :)
Hey, thanks for this, it was helpful I'm looking for a good React Native library that has official components or a design system in Figma, so I can create my designs baasd on it and then the developers will be able to use that library, do you anything can do that?
i want to know one thing, right now i am using styled-component/native for making my component library in react native app, but i am facing performance lag. what should be the ideal css framework for making component lib for react native app?
how about scaling, how would you manage the scaling of the numbers of these GUI components. I wouldnt want to rewrite the padding, margnis and font sizes of every component just to manually scale the numbers so it would work greate on mobile screens as well tablets
Hello Simon, your videos have helped me a lot. Your video about capacitor was a lifesaver. I would like to know what you think about Framework7. I'm using it in a project, but I'm not sure if it was a good choice. Thank you so much!!!!
RNULib seems to be abandoned, with the main demo not working and crashing for over a year now. Numerous issues raised and discord conversations unresponded to. Looking elsewhere - sadly, as it looked good on the surface...
Yes! A year ago, we dropped off the third-party UI library when we realized it did not meet Apple Store accessibility guidelines. Imagine that only 1 new required prop in react-native UI component could get into the biggest trouble for passing review and updating the app. All UI libraries are the best solution only for the first iteration of development build.

thanks for ur recommend
why not use muilib for everything?

This is the video I have always been waiting for. I trust this channel and thank you so much Galaxy Devs
Thank you Benjamin!!
cab you make a video on how to use this libraries in RN CLI
Thanks, great libraries !! 👍
Glad you like them!

so what do you recommend?
Try as much of them as you can. Buy your self one. Try them again, etc. Do not just follow what your trendy UA-camr says…
the tamagui looks great, looking forward for the content about it, thank you mate!
Yeah it's really epic!
can you make a video or reel about some UI component libraries but for Ionic/Angular?,
Thank you Simon, I find this video very helpful. Great video.
Glad it was helpful!
Beware of native base, it has some really huge performance issues
Yeah I think you are better off with GlueStack by now!
@@galaxies_devWhat does that mean? Is it really bad in terms of performance?😢
@@ohiduzzaman_siamreally bad

Yeah I don't really love that part as well, not sure if they plan to do anything about that :/
i didn't get the reason for native wind. do they have components? because you can indeed use tailwind on react native
Which one to use when you want to develop iOS and Android as close as possible to there native styles.
Good question - none of these libraries offer great "adaptive styling" in my eyes!
that s great. i found my answer here . Thank you
Which one did you pick?

NativeBase had some performance issues - have no idea if it was fixed.
gluestack ui is their fix for those performance issues

great video! is it possible to mix tamagui with tailwindcss?
Sadly not
paper seem attractive to me, I gonna try this
Yeah definitely a great choice!
thanks Simon

tamagui is so good
Have you already used it?
Its promising but I didnt like it at all it takes a lot of effort to setup and style, then the overall benefit still not clear for me.
Have you tried using it? Me and my colleagues didn't enjoy it.
@@anaziI agree
Which one is more stable?
It seems all of them have a relatively small amount of weekly downloads, do most people just build their apps with native components?
Yeah I think many create their own styling sytem!

The problem with all of these is that all of them have weak stackoverflow communities
Love it
Thank you!
Thank you so much
You're most welcome
Nice vídeo, but ui of angular?!?
Maybe in a future video :)
Thank you for the efforts, but you really need to up your sense of what's considered cool in terms of design. 😅
Not bad
How much tama-gui paid to you for this video ??
0, I never talked to them - but let them know I’m open to talk 😂
Another youtuber sponsored by tamagui....
I wish I was! Video would be marked as sponsored if it was btw :)
Lol, he now does React native
Lol true
wtf tamagui sucks. nothing works properly 😂 they dont even respect semver. it’s a complete chaos
