Little Known 1860's Goodnoe Ghost Town Washington State

- Exploring the Goodnoe desert ghosttown abandoned attraction in Washington state near the Columbia River gorge. Easily accessible to the public, we venture inside long abandoned structures well over 100 years old. one building (the town store and hotel) looks to date back to at least the 1890's! Possibly much older as information on the town is scarce. It looks to have built before power! It's a beautiful old western ghost town well worth a visit even though it's in the middle of nowhere, all the way down on the border of Washington and Oregon. Beautiful weather so close to Halloween in mid October, dry and mid 70s the day we filmed unlike at our home in Seattle just a few hours away. Such stark contrast our state has to offer!

I looked up when spray foam was invented,it was invented in the 40's for military use but wasn't used until the 70's so that makes sense with that shag carpet and fire place that that place was renovated in the 70's. I think it's been abandoned since then too,I'm sure a squater or something left the magazines there. I love it when I get to do a little research off someone's video lol. Great video and cool place as always

I've been to Goodnoe Hills a few times. Explored the schoolhouse in and out but never went inside the store/hotel building. So it was fun to see the inside of the place with your video.

By far my favorite video of yours up to this point... they are all great... but this one had some magic to it. I think part of it was you were able to explore on a day with the perfect Autumn sunlight that kinda makes the whole day the golden hour and it added to the overall scenery and mood.
Thank you so much! We definitely feel very fortunate that the weather was amazing. It was probably 75° that day, and for mid October that was very welcomed being that it was raining here at home!

You guys, this is such a great video!! I really loved this. Also, such BROS lol!! Twinning😆 You’re commentary is so me haha and the mice! How sweet🥰😌 reminds me of my husband and I, my husband is a miner with dark hair and beard, and I have red hair too😌 his skill come in VERY handy when doing stuff like this. I call him my ‘Ice road trucker’ man he’s good, but my but sure eats the truck seat more than not😅 anyway bunny trail lol, maybe we should post stuff too, so much work tho.

Wish we had more ghost towns...there are definitely some around Canada but many either don't have structures anymore or parts of it are occupied so... Not a true ghost town in my opinion. This was a great video!! Love the drone work ☺️
There's only a handful of good ones in our state, most have been ether burned or been demolished. We plan on checking more out, just need to find the time to make the drive!

You ought to make your way to Benge WA and do a video there. It’s a cute town of 22 last I heard
We have quite a few things pinned on the map out that way, will definitely add it! Looks like the train stopped going through there, the tracks have been turned into a trail, sad. Probably explains why the population is so low.

There’s another really cool church not far from there in an old town called Dot, WA also have you explored the SeaTac abandoned neighborhood

Are you talking about Noth Seatac Park? I grew up in the area and have seen nature slowly take it over, it's an interesting place. Also as a teenager we used to go play around in the neighborhoods they bought out before the third runway was there (now totally buried) wish I have filmed it back then haha 😄

Yes! I went 20 years ago and it was pretty cool. We went again this last January and they made alot of upgrades. The area has massively changed, and there is tall condos all the way around it now 😞. Also, keep in mind she was an amateur architect and the house was her hobby. Most of the stuff they tell you on the tour is nonsense, but it's fun anyway.
Nice, I've seen the documentary on the house that is what got me wanting to go someday...

Wonderhussy goes in just about every structure. But if you looked like her you can probably get way with it. I explored a Ghost town in Nevada where there was a bunch of cabins people owned and used occasionally. I walked though but felt people were checking me out. A week later she post a video of her going through every one.
