I have two theories and both are different from each other so here it is
1-kang time travels with the help of time chair but in order to activate time chair kang needs ten rings maybe when he who remains locked kang in quantum realm he had taken his ring because without rings he can't activate his time chair so he can't time travel and that's why he needs Scotts help to bring back those rings
2-i think kang wants forever crystal and they will show that there is only one heart of forever crystal exist and it exist beyond time and space so time travel doesn't work at that place where heart of forever is and maybe that portal or bridge we've seen in trailer is way to that object that also explain why a being like kang cannot access it even with the powers of shattering timelines and time travel because it exist beyond time and space and the reason why kang want forever crystal is that because with help of forever crystal Kang can shrink down the entire quantum realm and his army down to the forever crystal it also carries the capacity to eliminate entire universes so with the help of forever crystal Kang can kill his other variants and that's why kang want Scott's helo to bring back those ten ring to him because these rings are the key to that place inside the portal where forever crystal is
It also explain why he is not going outside the quantum realm because he don't have his greatest weapon

i highly request everyone to watch his previous kang origin video cause without that this video is nothing . all the dots will connect of you watch the previous part first . But man i will have to say , marvel has delivered an awesome origin to kang in comics this story hits hard , and there is no loose point in it. I will Request Mohit to continue kang's origin story if there anything left.
Edit : And i highly enjoy time traveling concepts in which the story comes a full circle , there are many time traveling movies in which this doesn't happen . For example in Avengers Endgame , 2024's Captain America fights' the 2012's Captain America . So to make it a full Circle , then in the first Avengers Movie , Captain should have fought Future's Captain but that doesn't happen cause they explain that anything done in past will not affect present . I think That it's more of a Excuse than a explaination .
Till now , there are only a handful of movies or series that deliver this , Attack On Titan is one of them

@@alivebutdead007 i actually have downloaded Dark in my laptop and my friends says it's very good but i only watch episode 1 then i stopped watching it because the actors are speaking german and the audio was english so their lips and words weren't matching. and somehow it irritated me. i have watched money heist and some other dubbed shows but i don't know why this one annoyed me. but may be someday i will watch it.
