Seeing how vibrant the city of Baguio & among the top 5 highest no.of tourists/most visited city, you would not think that this city was badly damaged during the 1990 earthquake. I hope Cebu city level up their ways/standard & start improving the city like those dilapidated areas, sidewalks, exposed water lines & why not also start putting the powerlines underground, leaders there lack vision for a better & beautiful city the only usual tidy areas I saw are those that are in the premises of these corporate giant properties like in I.T park.
