RECIPE:
Vegetarian Tater Tot Casserole (Serves 6-8)
Ingredients:
1 lb. plant-based ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 package tater tots, frozen
2 10 ½ oz.cans cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 16 oz. package frozen vegetables
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large pan over medium high heat, add some olive oil and onion and saute until translucent. Add the plant-based meat and garlic and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss the frozen veggies with the cream of mushroom soup in a large mixing bowl so the veggies are evenly distributed throughout the soup.
Grease a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add the cooked plant-based beef mixture to the bottom of the dish then layer on the vegetable mixture. Top with a layer of tater tots. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until the tater tots are golden. Carefully remove the dish and top with cheddar cheese. Return to oven and bake for another five minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.

About Christy Carlson Romano:
Christy has been a working actress and singer since she was 6 years old. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was 14 to star in the Disney Channel franchise, Even Stevens as Ren Stevens alongside Shia LaBeouf. Christy enjoyed many years with Disney gaining an Emmy nomination for her voice work as Kim Possible and starring on Broadway in Beauty and the Beast. She went on to balance her college career at Barnard College, Columbia University with filming movies for ABC Family including: ‘Campus Confidential’, ‘Taking Five’, ‘The Cutting Edge 2: Going for the Gold’, and ‘The Cutting Edge 3: Chasing the Dream’. Christy returned to Broadway in her mid twenties and learned to puppeteer in the Tony-Award winning ‘Avenue Q’. Christy was married to her husband on New Years Eve , 2013 in Banff, Canada after having met in a screenwriting class in college. She became impassioned with directing and made her debut in Lionsgate’s “Christmas All Over Again”. While she still works as an actress, she enjoys living in Orange County with her husband, Brendan Rooney, and daughters, Isabella and Sophia.

So funny story about Ned's Declassified. I used so many of the tips...but one tip our school bullies used. It was from a dodgeball episode. They threw one up so that you think you can catch it to get them out...then they chuck a ball right at you before you catch the other ball...I will forever remember that moment because it shows though we were from very different social circles we had something in common

I remember going to downtown Tampa last year with my girlfriend really early in the a.m to grab something to eat and he was eating at Taco bus by himself. Of course I had to go in there and talk to him and tell him how i'm a fan. We talked for about an hour and a half before he had to leave. He's a really chill dude and acts like this off camera as well. Buy BOY he talks a lot lmfao. Hope the best for him and wish his acting career turns around soon.

Everyone going on about Christy being Kim and how attractive Devon/Ned is with a beard and I'm over here with a Kingdom Hearts necklace trying not to imagine Yuffie from Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy having her own cooking channel XD
But in all honesty just wanted to say I really loved Kim Possible and Kingdom Hearts as a kid and your work meant a lot to a kid back in the early 2000's who had a heart defect, couldn't play sports, was picked on, and could only play video games and watch cartoons as a kid. Just know you're an inspiration to a lot of people from back then and even now and I hope this channel grows more! Definitely earned a sub!!!

Yep, it aired July 2006 and lasted three seasons. Even got a spin off out of it called Mako Mermaids. ^_^ Both shows focus on a group of school friends being mermaids.
