Walk About Houston - Texas Renaissance Festival 2023

It's been a very hot summer in the Houston area. This is our first cool weekend and I decided it was a good weekend to go to the Texas Renaissance Festival. It is a place made for walking.
The festival is 60 miles northwest of downtown Houston, between Magnolia and Plantersville and will continue every weekend until November 26.

I went early before the crowds arrived, and by noon, it was crowded. I try to beat the traffic, too.

Its 60 acres of faire ground and 230 acres of camping lmfao yes it is the largest even if you don't see a ton of people at 9am 🤦
