Hoping to move over to Bermuda to work in the summer and stay with my relatives. I haven't been to the island in almost a decade and I can't wait to go and see my Bermy family :) I'm interested to see how much has changed over the years... I always remember it being v expensive lol so I better get saving asap!

That's a great idea for the application.....curious to know if you guys are getting willing buy in from the stores or is this 100% crowd-sourced? I can imagine some stores would be a little hesitant to post their prices out there. But yeah, awesome idea man.
RIDDY! you are correct, the stores don't like the idea of direct comparisons so they don't buy-in. I reckon that's where the government solution fell apart. So our version, for now, involves a combination of manual entry and automated sorting of public data. Working on a backend tool that will allow anyone to contribute to the database so crowd-sourcing will definitely become another pillar. Maybe one day, with enough pressure, the supermarkets will willingly send the data but until then, we'll do it ourselves!

Bermuda 🇧🇲 is the UK 🇬🇧 territory and UK is a very expensive country I would like to compare Bermuda 🇧🇲 with the Turks and Caicos, British virgin islands 🇻🇮, Caïman islands 🏝, Falkland 🇫🇰 and Also Saint-Helena Island 🏝 in term of price in all other UK 🇬🇧 overseas departments 🏬 sorry I also forgot Gibraltar 🇬🇮 on other UK 🇬🇧 overseas department 🏬 wich one I would like to compare with Bermuda 🇧🇲. After Bermuda 🇧🇲 Switzerland 🇨🇭 is the second most expensive place on earth 🌎.
