Eva - NOT ONLY am I "the Larry Brown who played for Englebert, 1980, 81, & 82 but I stole his background singer, Anne-Marie Leclerc and married her leading to our 40th anniversary the 31st of this month. There is tons of video of me playing with Humpy on my channel and lots more all over UA-cam of the same concert in its entirety.
@@jessthehorse Hi Larry, thanks so much for responding. I am in Montreal, travelled a lot especially during the 80's mostly in the East Coast. Will look up your channel....loved Enge practically my whole life. There's simply nobody like him. So you stole Anne Marie. Was Enge pissed off 😂 Congrats on a long marriage. Rather rare these days. Take care.
@@eva_loves_enge - I met my wife on the Englebert gig. I actually "auditioned" her for the gig. First she got the singing gig and then the wife gig and passed both auditions with flying colors. She is also from the Montreal area. Her uncle was the late Felix Leclerc. He was her dad's brother. I guess there is a highway named for him etc. Her maiden name was Anne-Marie Leclerc.
Great groove AND chops gents!
actually u guys rocked pretty hard with the face melting
You guys got it going on 🎼
Many thanks. We had lots of fun in those days. It sure as hell was a different time.
Hello. Are you the Larry Brown that played guitar for Engelbert in the early 80's? It would be fab if you had a clip to post. Eva, Montreal Canada
