What people don't realize is that Tarot Readings are similar to counselling or therapy in a way, someone is seeking out advice and help on a personal matter in their life and a lot of these issues are not easy things for people to deal with! I’ve recently got back into doing readings and I enjoy the opportunity to provide insights and give hope where at times it can be difficult for the person I read for. This is a serious endeavor to take on and having crystals or my other tools present is essential. I do like the interactive approach and I prefer a win-win and difficult cards that come up are not “set-in-stone” but warnings and a gentle reminder to be careful or reflect on how this aspect might relate to the person who might be shocked to see The Devil come up in a reading (as an example).
My ever ever 1st reading session of 4hours for 2 friends.... it was a yes/no reading card. She asked if her biggest desire will come to reality. I pulled a 13 yeses cards but I also felt/saw what her desires was about. I told her "I see something, Im not sure if I cant tell you because its your secret and theres 3 of us in the room"... she laughed and told me to say it. "I see an unborn baby in a womb. The energy is making me feel that the baby is telling you that its very patient with you and cannot wait to meet you. The baby is a boy and is telling you to not worry about whats going on in your life, that no matter what he is going to wait for you to be ready but he is so into having you as his momma" She cried like crazy ans told me no one knew about it not even demons lol cause she never mentionned to anyone not even to her husband, she never give a little hint of what she desires the mos to anyone not even to the universe. She was the one that iniated me to Tarot cards and gave me a reading. She also said I have a gift of clairvoyance and more but I never thought it was a gift lol since it seemed super normal to me, I grew up surrounded by family members with great intuitions, psychic gift etc so to me I wasnt wow about it. Also because I know "my" gift dont belong to me. God gave it and He has the power to take it back so nothing is really mine to begin with. I have to admitt that I need practice but I dont need cards to know more nor to have any type of confirmation. I just looooove the design, the art. THe words, the meanings on cards....

I live near the beach, like 5mins drive (I live on an island in the pacif ocean) and the fact I could get there after the reading was awesome. I intuitively picked up an old angel deck that I don't feel called to often, and pulled a card with an angel with the same name as their grandmother with an accompanying message about a loved one sending love and protection from the other side. I'm excited to be exploring a more intuitive reading style for others!
I've been doing free online readings via Facebook for practice. I send the querent a photo of each of the decks I'm working with that week (with The Fool, The Wheel, and The World cards of each deck) and get them to choose which one they connect with the most. I also get them to choose a number from 1 - 3 and that dictates which pile I select when I cut the cards. That way the querent's intuition is choosing the cards.
Thanks for this video. I am working to improve my readings for others so I can start my own business. This gives me the confidence to PUT DOWN THE BOOK and trust my intuition as sometimes cards will mean different things to different people
I recently had a friend from work ask me to give her a reading and I asked my pendulum which deck would be good for her and I used two oracle decks and a tarot deck. It was crazy awesome and apparently it was very on spot. She said it gave her peace and encouragement to keep going on and yes, she cried. I hugged her and listened to her. Very interesting. I've been practicing with a variety of decks and stuffed animals and a few friends lol. I got your cards last week. They are fantastic. Perfection 🥰! I need to start adding in the extras to the readings like the questions about what cards they were surprised by etc because currently I just straight do the reading if you know what I mean.
I used to practice by reading for characters in books and TV series. I have read for Mr Darcy and Elizabeth to help their relationship problems. Ross and Rachel from friends. Murphy from z nation. Buffy, spike, and angel from Buffy the vampire slayer. It helps because they are complex characters and have a wide range of problems and issues. Plus you know the story so you can tell if you are getting accurate or not.
Thank you for the video! Recently, I've been trying to level up my tarot game. I've been reading on and off for about 10 years now, I'd say I'm somewhat proficient but far from where I want to be still. There's been plenty of readings I can recall where the person receiving the reading was profoundly moved and a handful of times where it did bring tears to their eyes. I couldn't even tell you how many times I've found myself in the same position from doing readings for myself lol. I love the tarot, and it's what really opened my eyes to the mysterious nature of our world and what made me decide to pursue my path of cultivating the spirit. I consider myself a student of many religious, spiritual, and philosophical teachings, but not a true follower of any. I'd say, like the Buddha, I'm paving my own path to enlightenment. LOVE this video! A lot of great tips and information. Thank you for it. The emotional reading that stands out the most for me actually involved my daughter. She asked me for a tarot reading, which I was happy to do, and much to my surprise, she started to tear up halfway through it. She and her boyfriend glanced back and forth at each other, nodding their heads, and they both told me that the cards that had been pulled summarized what was going on for her at that time. Tarot is quite fascinating - and magical! Another reading that stands out is an email reading I did where the Death card was prominent. This client was traumatized by it even though I explained that it wasn't about physical death! It's difficult for people to handle the appearance of these cards if they are not familiar with tarot. My mom got mad at me and stormed off and i just was left feeling bad and negatively. That was before i even really studied it. But it was correct. Her relationship didnt last long at all and not to mention he was Aquarius like me and she didnt take my advice prior to the reading either. I burned the cards i was given by someone who was dark. Then i returned to it many years later, studying it like crazy online for a long time before feeling like i could spend the money on a deck. So i was given my first deck but its gone now. I was getting confident and i loved tarot sooo much, deeply and wholly, but now after moving so many times and having no sense of anything remaining stable i find my interest waning. I hope i will feel that love again. I hope im not done with tarot and it was just a stage that didnt add up to anything much.

I followed exactly what you were demonstrating but if I were the wuerent I would be frustrated that the guidance was "how": quickly, decisively, no procrastination, but not "what". What is the querent supposed to do quickly. I know my own intuition/imagination fails me in my own life on "what".

Great info, but the one thing that gave me pause was that I've ALWAYS let a new deck breathe (out of the box), then I smoke cleanse, then I interview that deck prior to using it. Maybe that's just a ritual that resonated with me, but it feels like I'm honoring that deck and I'm intune with it instead of using it like its a game. It most certainly is NOT.
i pick a daily card and ask what is the message of today or what does this person feels for me today when i pick a card i read the symbol of the card after that i keep looking at the card and then i start writing my own intuition
I work in a really strange way lol I let the client or friend to choose the tarot or oracle deck and I work with the energy that they want to work to. And yes, some of them cry and i do not know what to do in that situation XD

Hello, I’m a beginner and whenever I do readings for other I ask them to pull any 5 cards. Now, sometimes they end up taking more than 5. Is it okay. Also, mostly what the querent do while reading is they pull more cards without my consent. I don’t really like it though. How can I stop them from doing this?
I tried to read again for my friend, its not good. the partner wants to split with her and he is looking forward to a enw beginning. I think he is talking to somebody else. he is also worried about finances and his health. I think he is dissapointed that his wife doesn't bring anything to the table since she is not successful and she doesn't have anything in her bank. She relies on the husband. I just can't get more information coz she has been keeping things from me, she doesn't reveal everything that is going on. I am also kinda feeling weird with her questions about death. She mentioned that if she doesn't write it means she is dead, but on the second time she ask if who will die first her or him, and she said it's okay if it is her. I am not sure but I am sensing she is very much worried about this ending, she doesn't have a greencard and no money as well incase he ditch her. I repeated it many times but he is really determined and tired of the relationship and wants a new beginning, he feels a potential one is better with better financial situation. But actually at his age it's stupid, I mean is he even expecting to live longer and what is he doing with his money anyway, i mean why accumulate more when infact you are too old. A few years ago I keep telling my friend thsi men she is talking to are concern about money. This are players and also goldiggers, I think she was bragging. She is proud and has ego, so she maybe bragging to men about her education and working in international company. But actually everything here is cheap salary, no matter what job it's cheap salary. the reason why companies comes here is because of cheap labor, so educated and working doesn't mean anything. The guy probably thought she is loaded. and then he found out and realize she is poor. I think now he is talking to another woman that he thinks has a good financial situation. Most men that comes to see her are goldigga zodiacs it's because she is bragging. I kinda remember the guy that has same zodiac combination in the killer documentary lols, he killed his wife coz he found another better option. Some men will shift to another woman if they find it more profitable or if it is financially better. I don't know what to say to her question "who will die first lols" that is a weird question. I also see regrets from his part that he chose the wrong woman, he is trying to get another woman, i mean he is ready to commit to another one. my god, imagine 4 exes, now she is going to be the 5th ex. This kind of people don't have love and loyalty for anybody it's more on self love. I told her the allowances she gets she should have kept it, and incase she can file for greencard since she is more than ten years and so she is stiill entilted to stay in USA, and maybe she can just get her own job, though yes she is too old for it. But she really needs to take in anything even blue collar and try to survive on her own. I don't know maybe the cards will change who knows, tarot is not fix, it is present but not future, things can still change, i hope he change his mind and they stay together.

When I pull the cards (you’re the one giving me the reading), are you meant to read them from your perspective or from mine? Like I pull a card and to me it’s upright, but to you it’s reversed. Which way would this be read? From my POV or yours?
Great question, I have the cards facing me so that I can see the picture and give you the reading. I may turn them around at one point so that you can see them from your POV. I believe that people are there for the reading so I need to see the tool and the complete layout to be able to do the reading effectively. I hope that makes sense.

The husband wants to divorce her.... well they keep fighting and the guy is even writting things to use for the divorce against her. Well he is divorced 4x already with different women, she is the fifth. She is asking me to read for them but I don't know what to say coz it isn't good. Maybe he wants to get another woman lols, I am suspicious he wants another wife. I just don't say anything to my friend coz it's too negative so i avoid her questiosn about reading tarot for them. Then i returned to it many years later, studying it like crazy online for a long time before feeling like i could spend the money on a deck. So i was given my first deck but its gone now. I was getting confident and i loved tarot sooo much, deeply and wholly, but now after moving so many times and having no sense of anything remaining stable i find my interest waning. I hope i will feel that love again. I hope im not done with tarot and it was just a stage that didnt add up to anything much.

I followed exactly what you were demonstrating but if I were the wuerent I would be frustrated that the guidance was "how": quickly, decisively, no procrastination, but not "what". What is the querent supposed to do quickly. I know my own intuition/imagination fails me in my own life on "what".

Great info, but the one thing that gave me pause was that I've ALWAYS let a new deck breathe (out of the box), then I smoke cleanse, then I interview that deck prior to using it. Maybe that's just a ritual that resonated with me, but it feels like I'm honoring that deck and I'm intune with it instead of using it like its a game. It most certainly is NOT.
What is the process for having them pick their card? Like do they go through the whole deck and pick one?

i pick a daily card and ask what is the message of today or what does this person feels for me today when i pick a card i read the symbol of the card after that i keep looking at the card and then i start writing my own intuition
I work in a really strange way lol I let the client or friend to choose the tarot or oracle deck and I work with the energy that they want to work to. And yes, some of them cry and i do not know what to do in that situation XD

I’m a beginner and whenever I do readings for other I ask them to pull any 5 cards. Now, sometimes they end up taking more than 5. Is it okay. Also, mostly what the querent do while reading is they pull more cards without my consent. I don’t really like it though. How can I stop them from doing this?

I tried to read again for my friend, its not good. the partner wants to split with her and he is looking forward to a enw beginning. I think he is talking to somebody else. he is also worried about finances and his health. I think he is dissapointed that his wife doesn't bring anything to the table since she is not successful and she doesn't have anything in her bank. She relies on the husband. I just can't get more information coz she has been keeping things from me, she doesn't reveal everything that is going on. I am also kinda feeling weird with her questions about death. She mentioned that if she doesn't write it means she is dead, but on the second time she ask if who will die first her or him, and she said it's okay if it is her. I am not sure but I am sensing she is very much worried about this ending, she doesn't have a greencard and no money as well incase he ditch her. I repeated it many times but he is really determined and tired of the relationship and wants a new beginning, he feels a potential one is better with better financial situation. But actually at his age it's stupid, I mean is he even expecting to live longer and what is he doing with his money anyway, i mean why accumulate more when infact you are too old. A few years ago I keep telling my friend thsi men she is talking to are concern about money. This are players and also goldiggers, I think she was bragging. She is proud and has ego, so she maybe bragging to men about her education and working in international company. But actually everything here is cheap salary, no matter what job it's cheap salary. the reason why companies comes here is because of cheap labor, so educated and working doesn't mean anything. The guy probably thought she is loaded. and then he found out and realize she is poor. I think now he is talking to another woman that he thinks has a good financial situation. Most men that comes to see her are goldigga zodiacs it's because she is bragging. I kinda remember the guy that has same zodiac combination in the killer documentary lols, he killed his wife coz he found another better option. Some men will shift to another woman if they find it more profitable or if it is financially better. I don't know what to say to her question "who will die first lols" that is a weird question. I also see regrets from his part that he chose the wrong woman, he is trying to get another woman, i mean he is ready to commit to another one. my god, imagine 4 exes, now she is going to be the 5th ex. This kind of people don't have love and loyalty for anybody it's more on self love. I told her the allowances she gets she should have kept it, and incase she can file for greencard since she is more than ten years and so she is stiill entilted to stay in USA, and maybe she can just get her own job, though yes she is too old for it. But she really needs to take in anything even blue collar and try to survive on her own. I don't know maybe the cards will change who knows, tarot is not fix, it is present but not future, things can still change, i hope he change his mind and they stay together.

I have a question: so let’s say we are sitting across from eachother right . When I pull the cards (you’re the one giving me the reading), are you meant to read them from your perspective or from mine? Like I pull a card and to me it’s upright, but to you it’s reversed. Which way would this be read? From my POV or yours?
Great question, I have the cards facing me so that I can see the picture and give you the reading. I may turn them around at one point so that you can see them from your POV. I believe that people are there for the reading so I need to see the tool and the complete layout to be able to do the reading effectively. I hope that makes sense.

if you are ask by a friend to read for her are you going to tell what it says? I can't tell her coz it is negative. The husband wants to divorce her.... well they keep fighting and the guy is even writting things to use for the divorce against her. Well he is divorced 4x already with different women, she is the fifth. She is asking me to read for them but I don't know what to say coz it isn't good. I mean it's hard to tell, but I can't lie either. so I don't know what to say, i am just avoiding her question so I send her my dog videos for fun, well i just can't tell and say she might go freak our or might get upset. she been in USA for ten years and the husband never allow her to process green card, and I think he doesn't want her to have permanent status there because he kinda have that in him being too difficult, critical, selfish, user, opportunistic, greedy, stingy with money, ahole. Well actually I already told her long before about men she talks to online, that most of them are pricks because of their birthdate combinations but she refuse to believe me. Most of men online have issues that is why they are not wanted by the white women, there is something wrong with them. To be brutally honest, those guys are leftovers and rejects of their countries and it's like we are buying in a store with just the leftovers of other countries. It's same with things they shift here, liek for example the rejects of other country it gets sent in here for sale lols, so it's same with dating sites, most of them aren't wanted by the women in there because aside from being old and expired, they are not nice. They also want to get women here so that they can dominate them and enslave them. I did sent her chanting that might make him nice, but she refuse she said she will just ignore him if he keeps ranting, scolding and makes arguments. Maybe he wants to get another woman lols, I am suspicious he wants another wife. I just don't say anything to my friend coz it's too negative so i avoid her questiosn about reading tarot for them. Oh btw, that husband of hers, he used to pay tarot readers by phone and since he doesn't like what they say he gets angry and he stop talking to tarot readers coz he is angry with them too lols.
