Namshkar friends! We are temporarily shifting to another house today. So, won't be able to reply to your comments as shifting work is going. Will try to reply as soon as I settle down in new home. Soon new series will be starting from the rented home. Stay tuned for some really interesting topics. Also, do comment and let me know if you would like me to make some specific renter friendly videos. Lots of love 💕 Ashu
Thank for posting this vlog. Very informative and good points to remember as I'm planning to build a new house. More vlogs such as this would be surely useful
Howsoever good the planning , One has to live in the house to realise the shortcomings. Minor works are ok but thought 4 yrs was too short for major repairs. But like it is said every challenge is also an opportunity . So all the best.
You are the only one I trust for buying relevant products for my home.... please give some advice to buy a mini sewing machine.....loads of love 💕 from odisha 😘
Don't miss these important points while renovation: 1) Charging points or switches inside the bathroom cabinets for charging electric shavers and epilators. 2) Switch board adjacent to bathroom mirror for using electric shavers and hair dryers. 3) Place the Tumble Dryer over the washing machine thus making the use of the vertical space.
@@geethasrikrishnan484 Although the companies don't recommend keeping two electronic appliances one over the other. But I have seen 80% of the Americans doing that. However we can make a wooden slab or a concrete slab or a granite Slab in between the two appliances. This will make max utilization of the vertical space and we will get enough space on the floor. I am also planning to make a provision to keep my front load washer over my Dishwasher in the utility area. This provision will also make easier to pull out clothes from the washing machine specially for the lazy person like me.
This might sound silly but I never thought you'd be normal like us and make errors as well. It's a relief to hear this if I'm honest. Good luck with the renovations on your home. Much love X
I am tired of saying " I love your videos and presentations". Learned so many tips from you.. Trying my best to stay motivated like you.😊 Loads of love Ashu ma'am. 😍😍
Hello ma'am. I love the way you give all the detailed description of everything on your each video. I always look forward to see video in your channel. I have one request that can you please make video on how one can organize rental apartment, what basic things they need for kitchen and other furniture if someone is shifting from their own home to rental apartment due to work reason in different state. Thank you🙏
Hi Ashu mam, I am big fan of you. I keep waiting for ur videos. You explain so well that keeps me listening without forwarding your video. I started my channel 2 months back and u are one of my mentor. Your suggestions helps me a lot🙏
Without watching the video I want to share my happiness and joy to see that you have posted a new video.... It's very exciting... I usually watch when it's my me time so that I can watch peacefully without any interruption So going to watch soon in my me time after completing all imp tasks of the day
Very informative n super duper information dear....... even I also some made mistakes in my New house too which is old just 3 yrs....bt same way i also felt....No matter how smart we are, we will make mistakes..... 😀👍 Eagerly waiting for new challenge n changes to see in ur house 🙌
In wardrobes even for regular clothes, one should have pullout shelves, instead of traditional shelves....makes it easy to access clothes stacked behind.
Wonderful video di Kitchen video was also amazing Goddess Durga always bless you The video and content is amazing as you are Kudos to you di Loads of love di 🥰💖💝🧡💛❤
Hey hi Ashu thanks for this video as i also renovating my house so when I go back to my house with your tips and suggestions and mainly with you new video of your renovated house and kitchen. We hav also shifted to rental house . Waiting for your other video to come
hi Ashu, nice video about mistakes to be avoided while making new home. It is really helpful. Please can you shoot your journey from here to how you have decorated/organized your newly renovated home? Also, please shoot videos on how have your prepared for moving to rental home?
Good video . However regarding storage space . I feel the house needs to breathe and creating more storage increases the junk accumulated in the house and makes the house look all boxy and suffocated .
Good video with lots of interesting ideas. However having too much storage might just not be a good idea down the road. Less is more. Use everything that you have and you need no storage for extras.
She is a minimalist, maximizing storage in little space. This is the minimum stuff required in a regular Indian household. It can't be less than this, no chance.
Hi Ashu, love ur videos every time... Totally agree, we gradually learn about more areas of improvement after moving to the new space and thats the way of learning 😊
Very useful video...yes I too couldn't make a tall unit in store room for mops but used mop organizer .. also regarding plug points ,even I too felt could have installed more... Waiting to c ur renovated house esp ur dining room as I too left that cupboard part bare during my last renovation.( demolished old wooden termite affected cupboard... )thought of doing wood looking but aluminium cupboards ... still searching for better / elegant look along with practical use options..

Very...informative vedio.....and....yes....its...true we learn from experience....I would suggest that...all the wood work of...house....should...be...on legs....and not wall mounted....especially crockery unit...as...me too....have...to....convert...my...wall...mounted...crockery unit...on legs
Hi dear I like ur videos and got many ideas from your video before doing the interior in our new home. I am also in Bangalore. As you said plugging point is very important. In a flat there will be limited plug point and switches like many things. We have done one side of the balcony a small wardrobe to keep cleaning tools and also for etc items. Thanks a lot 👍
I am yr new subsciber but am trying to see yr old videos. In one U had suggested clear work space on both sides of kitchen stove . Yes. But your present kitchen does not seem to have. Even if u are not washing dishes in the round sink . For aesthetics sink and stove could havs besn slightly apart I think The cook top could have been on the counter top facing the window. Th at way u will optimally utilize that counter ,avoid twisting your waist 😊😊and also not have your back towards the dining. Do consider if planning kitchen renovation.buf ok if u r ok wifh it. And it may require major work
Hi ashu good morning, hi this is the perfect topic that we find some changes in home after we stays for 2 years... I have same situation like you but it will take time to renovate....I love this ideas... nice content n topic... love you...thanks for sharing
Please make a video on hoe to install bed drawers. Ideally how much gap is to be maintained and which positions to do that. Is it installed on rails or on wheel. Also details on bunker bed with ideal dimensional guides will be helpful
Mam I just want to know where u kept the washing machine is tht the partition in side the kitchen or separate dedicated space thr...is tht possible to do the new home tour...also need to know tht for the interior design u gone for any company or carpenter..

Thanks for the idea of switch boards inside the cabinets of bathroom. Lots of love from Delhi (India).
Is it ok and safe to keep the dryer above the washer? Or do we mount on ledges to protect the washer ?
