This is my new comfort video. I'm facing a lot of anxiety at the moment but the soothing nature of this video always calms me down. I really feel taken care of.
I loved the background sounds with the cracking fireplace and appreciated all the sleepy fingers. I personally don't like big crowds. I've had a few rough experiences at concerts. The scariest was when I almost got completely knocked over when the crowd was leaving one of the stage areas at Rock the Universe several years ago.
Helmut cured my social anxiety in 2 days! 😂😂😂😂
Seriously though, I need some solid advice to get through that awkward holiday family gathering stuff.

I found this video completely by chance on a night I drove home without ever going into a bar a friend invited me to. I left because there were too many people making too much noise and I got really overwhelmed just driving through the area. I really needed this, so thank you.

This was what i needed because today at work i got overwhelmed when 2 little kids started crying and i just got freaked out but i was so glad that i got home and was safe in my bed and lestioning to humlet telling me what to do and i was able to fall asleep and i have been having a lot of anxiety over last week and into this week too but with the help of the videos i have learned to control myself and keep myself going until i get home where it's quite and safe with my cats too help me stay calm
