Today was the first day I was able to listen to the video all the way through, it's like if safety and security were a tangible blanket. This would be it. I've always slept coiled up in a ball and this was the first time I was out stretched and relaxed, my jaw wasn't clenched as it is 90% of all wake ups. This was really nice. Made it to the top of my list of go to videos. Also, the amount of time spent moving the pen light around, your arm had to have been tired. So much gratitude for you "suffering" through that!!
