Only a shame how barebones the Laserdisc is otherwise (a director's commentary would've kicked ass).

Hmmm, I wonder if that's the same as the "Starmaker VHS Edition" which has a few differences in edits and audio used.
No it's the same but 7 minutes longer than the US Version... anyway the guys selling them want alot of money for the movie it is.
Someone's always going to do that.
OF course, for me no problem with that, i have the US Version and is enough for me...
