I should make a disclaimer that Mr. T does not appear in this game. The title most likely refers to Torrente (I'm sure you didn't guess, it took all of my brain power to figure it out).
Now, if Mr. T did appear in this game, it only would make sense to have him as B.A. Barracus, right?
