More like a million times better than those wokepuke animation movies.
Those 36 minutes could VERY easily be extended into a 90 to 100 minutes movie. Add in a few songs, untighten and lengthen a bit a couple scenes (sometimes the overall rythm is a bit fast paced and jumps ahead, which is perfectly fine for youtube, not as much for a true theater movie), add a couple more events, lengthier intro and outro generics, and there you have it: A wholesome family movie. The initial villain that got killed by the noble, would not be immediately killed, only hurt and banished. But he'd come back to try to get his revenge, but would get his real due's final fate near the end of the movie. IMHO for a family friendly movie, watched by youngesters, the "evil" noble cannot really murder anyone. Not directly on screen anyway.
Very easy to make it last 1h35 minutes instead of 36. Witth slightly better and more fluid animation, I'd contribute to such a kickstarter if there was one.
Or maybe better: a 13+ version. Keep the noble having abillity to murder, a bit more serious tone, but in that case, make it RELLY look like he is "evil", but his past is presented thgrough flashbacks bit by bit, first focusing on his enmitty with the other bad guy, whenb they were both younger, and it's only nearer the end of the movie we can really see how the "evil" noble tuerned into aq protector for the entire community, and really loved his family openly, and suddenly it "clicks" that he was never mistreating the girl slave at all and how it was only a front to protect her and make sure thhat if somebody wants to hurt him, they will try to do so only directly upon him.
i love how he acts so evil just to do the nicest shit also the fact he was crying because she was leaving was pretty cute

He adjusts his evil facade to his nice actions. Didn't you see the tear in his eye when the girl came back? Now I just wonder about the guy's backstory because honestly it's interesting how he acts.
Also just one more thing, the title of this video should also confirm that the guy isn't actually evil, just some chuunibyo or something.

I really love the smallest details of his kindness. Kicking away the shattered vase so she doesn't hurt herself from a shard, putting his clothes with hers so she doesn't have to work as much, not commenting on her getting angry from the puberty only "she's so dumb", etc.

I've noticed his kindness. He doesn't openly show that he cares, but we do know he sees her like a daughter. Which is sweet. If I were in his shoes ill probably do everything except the evil laugh. 😅
One of the shorts makes it look like he used to be an adventurer or swashbuckler of some kind, from my reckoning. Guess he's still got it.

I love that as she grows she starts to notice his habits, and how much he contradicts what he actually intends to do and call him out on it. Super wholesome.
I actually wanted something non wholesome. I’m chaos neutral after all. There needs to be balance in a twisted way.
I also like how he talks just suspiciously enough for her to be cautious of him just so he drops a bombshell of kindness onto her, even though she knows he does that all the time.
4th wall break they purposefully made the bed scenes sus so that you wouldn't be able to predict what he does or say
@@1mol831 I salute you. I am too insecure to think about stuff like that and how funny it'd be if it happened. I'm not sure what my alignment is tbh. I love dark jokes, like morbid ones, many don't bother me, but i do have a mental limit. The furthest I'll go is that one meme of the old guy making lion and baby sounds and laughing between them, and another guy dueting the video which had no context with "my baby brother was eaten by a lion on our trip to africa" 😭
That is the extent and i find it hilarious cause it's ironic. I'm not a snowflake. I just don't think the ugly bastard trope is very appealing, and it can be hilarious to make fun of them and how silly the ugly bastard mindset is, but if something serious happens visually and has no positive conclusion, then i don't think that's really interesting or funny at all. I'm autistic and over explain things too much. Sorry. I love people who just want to watch the world burn and don't do things out of malice, but out of love to see chaos happen and revel in people's overreactions.
Why isn't this a series?! It is 10000x better than anything Disney, Netflix, Prime or whatever can produce
