@Tiffanynicolina Thanks so much, dear. Yes, that understanding is lacking in so many cases. A lot of that is due to mis-information and calling it a "lifestyle choice", which it is not. That's like calling being Italian a lifestyle choice. There are always those who were maliciously mistrained into assuming we are wrong or freaks, and the heart of this question. But education is the key, along with getting those mistrained individuals retrained properly. Have a great weekend, dear sis! Hugs,
@Tiffanynicolina @Tiffanynicolina When I was in Ohio, I was commissioned by a Trans Psychologist firm to weed out those in the health care profession who made false claims of support and understanding of the WPATH- SOC. You are right Hun. Many were found that were indeed uneducated and often could not get beyond the book learned contradictions, thus attempting to compartmentalize everyone. Thank You so much Sis for bringing up this very important point. Infinite Love and Hugs ...

@TransgirlCandyapple Thanks, Jenn. Yes, most often, we do get reasonably consistent support. Moreso than, I think, we initially think is going to happen. I fully agree that happiness DOES fill our hearts with our transition and being accepted. Appropriate to do the jig for St. Patty's day. :-) Hugs, dear girl! Stephie
