He destroyed the house. Tore all the kitchen cabinets off the walls. Completely destroyed the place. That's probably the worst manifestation of Pluto in the 4th I've seen besides my own. His sister has Pluto in the 8th. I also read for someone that had this placement and their big family secret was that the father liked to wear women's undergarments. It was discovered accidentally and she lost many of her friends because gossip traveled fast, her father was deemed as a pervert and beat up. Usually some kind of family secrets or dynamics that make society cringe. As someone with Pluto in the 4th I've been super interested in this placement so I've got quite a lot of stories!
I have Pluto Mars and south node in my whole house natal chart. My aunts and uncles talked about their sexual and physical trauma's out loud in the open since everytime we gathered. They were molested by creepy aunts/uncles in the filipines. And physically abused and abandoned by my grandma leaving them to fend for themselves at times. My mom used to tell ghost stories when we were WAY too young...the stories all had to do with her personal hauntings. My mom seemed to always hold resentment from my dad because money was always tight (6 kids) while my dad did his best to raise us in a nice and safe neighborhodd. She never got to decorate or enjoy some of their money while she raised all 6 of my siblings. It wasnt until she divorced my dad that she finally got her own car, her own place that she can decorate and manage her money on her own. My mom had Sathurn/Sun at the top of the chart. My sisters and I were also taught early on in life (maybe 9 or 10) about sex and that the body is private. And that we never went out or did anything alone so that my sisters and I can watch out for each other.
This is the first time I hear about this “manipulation” shadow side. I think I might have done this before. The traumas from my childhood were so intense that I honestly hit rock bottom when rejected, I’m a self-guarding expert 👌🏽
I don’t even think it’s possible to have child ab*se trauma and not grow up to manipulate others. Most of this is done subconsciously. We have to have our needs met because we are humans after all, and our toxic parents modeled how to do it- manipulation tactics.
I’m a Pluto 4th house, and I’m in therapy for childhood traumas and I have been beginning to really notice and be aware of my own control and yes I can be manipulative but I am really trying to change that for the better. Thank you so much!!!
This definitely resonates with me for sure. I think over the years I've learned that whenever I put myself in a position of relying on others instead of myself, I always end up in toxic environments. For example, I might be in a healthy relationship with a boyfriend but then, I move into his place putting him in a position of power over me, I start behaving passively because I worry that I will be homeless, etc. This has been part of my pattern. Now that I know and recognize this pattern I know how important it is for me to keep my own bank account, car, home seperate. I suppose eventually I will meet someone who is willing to move in with me OR alternatively we get a place that is equally ours so we both have control. I can't give my power away for the sake of someone else's comfort or happiness and with my Libra Moon in 4H it is so so so important for me to have a peaceful, happy home. I literally need it with every ounce of my being. It is so important that I eventually have my OWN home because that is how we heal. We have to create this safe haven for ourselves 💖
This is so true. My husband and I have had a very strained relationship and until I was able to see myself and how I was creating so many issues we were dealing with. I had to learn how to be vulnerable and secure within myself before I could truly see the value in our relationship. It took along time but now we are really good friends and we love each other truly. It's healing is the answer.

Yeah I definitely always felt like the “Black Sheep” most of the family definitely don’t understand me. So much trauma in the family, mental illness, abuse that were hidden for years. Felt like I was born in pain, been suicidal since I could remember, was putting knives in my stomach at like 6 years old, it was definitely a cry for attention. My older self can definitely be a master manipulator but I genuinely do try my best to be as real as I can be. Am so super lucky to have woken up to a world I was convinced was hell. Still am falling in and out of depressions. I’ve met really really good people tho with my Jupiter in 8th house, but I give them a living hell with my unconscious manipulations and secrecy. It’s so hard to express how I feel, I been hiding for so long. But I’m at the point where I can actually SEE all of this so it’s only progress from here, I just need to nurture and free myself!

You really have a gift. I have pluto in sag conjunct moon in scorpio right on my IC and everything you said resonated so much. I am 24 and in the past year was triggered by an emotionally insecure relationship (and my patterns I was blind to) into finally having my subconscious and childhood repressed family secrets revealed to me through emotional breakdowns over the course of months in many layers that took on all kinds of fictional forms from things in my childhood and stories I always used as my rock/escape growing up - like you said, the deepest part of oneself is in the 4th house and well, Pluto there has been like discovering the very core part of me is basically rotted (from unhealed trauma & abuse) and has to be healed for anything else in my life to ever be satisfying. Another thing I've noticed is common is a lot of moving around and uprooting the family home at least once but often multiple times. Even with Saturn in my 4th too (love old people, history, genealogy) I never lived in a house longer than a few years. The longest I've ever lived in a single place is 4 years. I continued this tradition (9th house stellium) by moving from country to country. 🤣 I just completed my longest stay in Moscow and then got the itch to come back to the US. Yeah, I have Pluto 0 degrees conjunct my IC. I had a really rough and messy childhood, especially early on. Lots of the dark Pluto extremes. Won't go into detail because that would be too private, but definitely more of the icky keywords associated with Pluto were things I saw and/or experienced. Interestingly enough my biological father also has Pluto 0 degrees conjunct his IC too!

I am now 61 years wise and a loner for life. Having horrible situationships w/weak guys who had no backbone and no respect for me. Fighting in family get togetherswhen young and i now know that I have no man that respects and loves me truly. Im better by myself, living alone and being alone. I have pluto in my 4th house and I didn't have the most ideal childhood or home life, with some abuse and emotional trauma. Recently there's been rifts between me and my mom and I had to flee a toxic a situation last year, because she very likely suffers from mental illness.
Pluto is about to transit my 4th house and I’ve already been experiencing these themes in my life. My family dynamic is already changing and about 3 months ago I entered a new relationship that has been an emotional roller coaster in such a short amount of time. It’s brought out the best in me but has also been making me face the parts of myself I’ve neglected and failed to see. I can be manipulative. Interesting , Pluto is pretty closely conjunct the IC and the moon in my chart (in Sagittarius) , and while I do have to admit that I was in large parts basically on my own during childhood (divorced parents , a mom who didn't really pay as close attention as I would have liked(borderline emotional neglect) moving a lot ) it never really went to the bad extremes associated with Pluto ... luckily , maybe because Jupiter is in pisces and gives the 4th house planets a lil help ? A very strong intuition and way of avoiding harm or danger since childhood .... But I could really relate to the manipulation.... thanks for calling me out , being vulnerable is scary And oh boy it doesn't happen often but when I get really upset about something I repress it until I burst like a volcano it's really not nice and something I have to work on Very insightful video ! Me and my daughter both have this aspect. I have yet to see if my mother did. My growing up was hard because my parents separated and we always moved and my mom always work a lot so I was alone a lot from a young age and I don’t think my mom could handle my emotions so she just didn’t acknowledge them much she did treat me like I was over reacting And I’m sure I was. I was very volatile as a teen. Then my mom passed away unexpectedly when I was 18 and so I’ve only been able to see what I loved about my mother and how much I missed her and have had a hard time getting to the root of my issues.

I have Pluto 4th house Virgo, conjunct the IC, also loosely conjunct Uranus in Virgo, in the 3rd house. Home was definitely not my happy place as a kid. 😢 My dad was loud and scary, had an explosive temper. I got beat a lot by him when I was a kid. My mom was very closed off and secretive. Looking at my parents’s birth charts was revelatory. My mom was (I believe) Scorpio rising and had a cardinal grand cross in her chart with her Moon in Capricorn. My dad’s sun is exact on my ascendant, but his Saturn in Scorpio is also exact on my Moon-Venus conjunction in Scorpio. I’ve spent most of my life just putting distance between myself and my parents and extended family. Though my dad did die of cancer when I was 13, when Pluto was transiting my 4th house sun conjunct Black Moon Lilith-death is the ultimate distance and very Plutonian. I also suspect my mom was sexually abused by an uncle when she was a kid. There’s just too much sadness and pain around “family” for me to be a part of it. I’ve had a much happier life when I have focused on other things that have built my own self-esteem. Marriage itself has been good for me, but kids (never had my own), stepkids, and extended family are never “allowed” by the Universe to become an emotional crutch for me. Weirdly, my Sun is also 4th house, but in Libra and not conjunct Pluto.

I have learnt how to hide my deepest emotions and just pretend to be happy. Most likely it’s my leo ascendent. Always having a smiley face. I have noticed that every time I become vulnerable and open myself to someone (intimate partner or family) it’s always being used against me to put me down in some way. I then regret the moment I opened my mouth and let someone in to abuse my trust…I feel that is the way how to give power to hurt me with my past and it’s always so painful. I have Venus,Mercury , Jupiter and Pluto in the 4th house I had a beautiful childhood and my family members are awesome. I was raised traditionally so I think a man should provide for a woman. Hi Tan...thanks a lot for this great video. I do have this placement myself. I do agree in every way with everything. Before I got to know astrology I was just always trying to understand why I feel the things I feel, why I always feel on a flight mode or a literal turmoil. Was always interested in psychology, but never felt satisfied describing my situation. Well, I have a very extremely difficult father, you would always feel as you said „ walking on eggshells around him“. There were always so much just let’s say suppression, you wouldn’t be heard to, this is also true for my siblings, but felt it a bit stronger. With like really young age I would „ ROCK ALL UP“ and feel I just can’t be. But, to be honest I was always aware of it, till now with a young age. I try to understand it, and because of the phases where I had to wrap my head with everything and accept it, I got so much better understanding people and their psychology in a very creepy way. I have borderline personality disorder because my dad was a narcissist and mother emotionally unavailable. Also, moved every 2 years on average. Interesting that my sisters don’t have BPD and their plutos aren’t in the 4th! But they had similar trauma. Similar of course isn’t the same, so that’s why they don’t have my disorder.
My natal pluto is in 1H squaring venus 10H, when pluto transits aquarius it will be in my 4H and will oppose my venus 10H. I'm already scared and feel sorry for the people who I'll meet/get involve with lol.

Absolutely. It's going to involve all shadow aspects of homes and housing. I have this aspect. I've moved a lot, lived in places that were falling apart, learned how to do my own home repair, had power struggles with slum lords, got into housing advocacy, I've been homeless and also learned the value of stability.
Have Pluto as well as Lilith in 4th house Scorpio😅 For me it was a bulling stepmum through out my teens and being expected to want and thrive for "normal" lifestyle, where as I now learnt in adulthood that I had Dyslexia and Add, I have been expected to want to study and have house, family and a 8-6 day job like the "norm". My dreams and goals have always been told are not realistic dreams, for people with talent, waste of time cause it is not real job... So on, I am not like anyone else in my family, the "rebel/lone wolf". 😅 And since I got out on my own I have become it even stronger, where I listen to my heart more and chose ways and living for what I can stand for. Every time I am at my family I get talked down if I ever mention what my heart truly want, So I do barely not talk about my what my heart want anymore. So I can keep them and not get talked out of it and get side tracked once more.😅 And if anyone start on subjects around work, career and future I try to change topic or go quite.😅 I moved back to my hometown, did not realize how bad I have been treated, wrongly, misunderstood and how low I feel in this town. So I am trying hard to manifest my self out of this town again but on a more secure path, truly deep in where I can work from my heart 24/7. Not having anyone tell me what I can and can not do close by. I do love my family, And I believe most of this is out of how they where raised, that they do not know better cause that is how they been thought life is suppose to be like. You know? I don't get it. IC is very conscious in my opinion. What i learnt from my childhood is say what is, even if it's deep, dark and uncomfortable. I would never be passive aggressive. If someone senses my trauna and doesn't communicate. Their fault. JUST SAY IT. Don't pull back.

You're right my mother is suffering from a mild mental illness and also my father is involved in infidelity which often leads to violence in my home😔

My mom seemed to always hold resentment from my dad because money was always tight (6 kids) while my dad did his best to raise us in a nice and safe neighborhodd. She never got to decorate or enjoy some of their money while she raised all 6 of my siblings. It wasnt until she divorced my dad that she finally got her own car, her own place that she can decorate and manage her money on her own. My mom had Sathurn/Sun at the top of the chart. My sisters and I were also taught early on in life (maybe 9 or 10) about sex and that the body is private. And that we never went out or did anything alone so that my sisters and I can watch out for each other.

I don’t even think it’s possible to have child ab*se trauma and not grow up to manipulate others. Most of this is done subconsciously. We have to have our needs met because we are humans after all, and our toxic parents modeled how to do it- manipulation tactics.

This definitely resonates with me for sure. I think over the years I've learned that whenever I put myself in a position of relying on others instead of myself, I always end up in toxic environments. For example, I might be in a healthy relationship with a boyfriend but then, I move into his place putting him in a position of power over me, I start behaving passively because I worry that I will be homeless, etc. This has been part of my pattern. Now that I know and recognize this pattern I know how important it is for me to keep my own bank account, car, home seperate. I suppose eventually I will meet someone who is willing to move in with me OR alternatively we get a place that is equally ours so we both have control. I can't give my power away for the sake of someone else's comfort or happiness and with my Libra Moon in 4H it is so so so important for me to have a peaceful, happy home. I literally need it with every ounce of my being. It is so important that I eventually have my OWN home because that is how we heal. We have to create this safe haven for ourselves 💖

This is so true. My husband and I have had a very strained relationship and until I was able to see myself and how I was creating so many issues we were dealing with. I had to learn how to be vulnerable and secure within myself before I could truly see the value in our relationship. It took along time but now we are really good friends and we love each other truly. It's healing is the answer.

Yeah I definitely always felt like the “Black Sheep” most of the family definitely don’t understand me. So much trauma in the family, mental illness, abuse that were hidden for years. Felt like I was born in pain, been suicidal since I could remember, was putting knives in my stomach at like 6 years old, it was definitely a cry for attention. My older self can definitely be a master manipulator but I genuinely do try my best to be as real as I can be. Am so super lucky to have woken up to a world I was convinced was hell. Still am falling in and out of depressions. I’ve met really really good people tho with my Jupiter in 8th house, but I give them a living hell with my unconscious manipulations and secrecy. It’s so hard to express how I feel, I been hiding for so long. But I’m at the point where I can actually SEE all of this so it’s only progress from here, I just need to nurture and free myself!

Thank you for this video which really captured the way I have experienced this placement in a very accurate, compassionate, honest & helpful way that I have struggled to understand and find any resonating explanations for. You really have a gift. I have pluto in sag conjunct moon in scorpio right on my IC and everything you said resonated so much. I am 24 and in the past year was triggered by an emotionally insecure relationship (and my patterns I was blind to) into finally having my subconscious and childhood repressed family secrets revealed to me through emotional breakdowns over the course of months in many layers that took on all kinds of fictional forms from things in my childhood and stories I always used as my rock/escape growing up - like you said, the deepest part of oneself is in the 4th house and well, Pluto there has been like discovering the very core part of me is basically rotted (from unhealed trauma & abuse) and has to be healed for anything else in my life to ever be satisfying. Another thing I've noticed is common is a lot of moving around and uprooting the family home at least once but often multiple times. Even with Saturn in my 4th too (love old people, history, genealogy) I never lived in a house longer than a few years. The longest I've ever lived in a single place is 4 years. I continued this tradition (9th house stellium) by moving from country to country. 🤣 I just completed my longest stay in Moscow and then got the itch to come back to the US. Wanna leave again and will (my kids both have Neptune in the 4th 😱). I'm once again living on my Pluto square Ascendant line and I hate it. 🤣 do not recommend that line at all.

Yeah, I have Pluto 0 degrees conjunct my IC. I had a really rough and messy childhood, especially early on. Lots of the dark Pluto extremes. Won't go into detail because that would be too private, but definitely more of the icky keywords associated with Pluto were things I saw and/or experienced. Interesting , Pluto is pretty closely conjunct the IC and the moon in my chart (in Sagittarius) , and while I do have to admit that I was in large parts basically on my own during childhood (divorced parents , a mom who didn't really pay as close attention as I would have liked(borderline emotional neglect) moving a lot ) it never really went to the bad extremes associated with Pluto ... luckily , maybe because Jupiter is in pisces and gives the 4th house planets a lil help ? A very strong intuition and way of avoiding harm or danger since childhood ....

I have Pluto 4th house Virgo, conjunct the IC, also loosely conjunct Uranus in Virgo, in the 3rd house. Home was definitely not my happy place as a kid. 😢 My dad was loud and scary, had an explosive temper. I got beat a lot by him when I was a kid. My mom was very closed off and secretive. Looking at my parents’s birth charts was revelatory. My mom was (I believe) Scorpio rising and had a cardinal grand cross in her chart with her Moon in Capricorn. My dad’s sun is exact on my ascendant, but his Saturn in Scorpio is also exact on my Moon-Venus conjunction in Scorpio. I’ve spent most of my life just putting distance between myself and my parents and extended family. Though my dad did die of cancer when I was 13, when Pluto was transiting my 4th house sun conjunct Black Moon Lilith-death is the ultimate distance and very Plutonian. I also suspect my mom was sexually abused by an uncle when she was a kid. There’s just too much sadness and pain around “family” for me to be a part of it. I’ve had a much happier life when I have focused on other things that have built my own self-esteem. Marriage itself has been good for me, but kids (never had my own), stepkids, and extended family are never “allowed” by the Universe to become an emotional crutch for me. Weirdly, my Sun is also 4th house, but in Libra and not conjunct Pluto.

I have learnt how to hide my deepest emotions and just pretend to be happy. Most likely it’s my leo ascendent. Always having a smiley face. I have noticed that every time I become vulnerable and open myself to someone (intimate partner or family) it’s always being used against me to put me down in some way. I then regret the moment I opened my mouth and let someone in to abuse my trust…I feel that is the way how to give power to hurt me with my past and it’s always so painful. I have Venus,Mercury , Jupiter and Pluto in the 4th house I had a beautiful childhood and my family members are awesome. I was raised traditionally so I think a man should provide for a woman. This was a good one for me because I immediately thought of an ex who has this placement and I was totally thinking of her while listening and it fit. Hi Tan...thanks a lot for this great video. I do have this placement myself. I do agree in every way with everything. Before I got to know astrology I was just always trying to understand why I feel the things I feel, why I always feel on a flight mode or a literal turmoil. Was always interested in psychology, but never felt satisfied describing my situation. Well, I have a very extremely difficult father, you would always feel as you said „ walking on eggshells around him“. There were always so much just let’s say suppression, you wouldn’t be heard to, this is also true for my siblings, but felt it a bit stronger. With like really young age I would „ ROCK ALL UP“ and feel I just can’t be. But, to be honest I was always aware of it, till now with a young age. I try to understand it, and because of the phases where I had to wrap my head with everything and accept it, I got so much better understanding people and their psychology in a very creepy way. I have borderline personality disorder because my dad was a narcissist and mother emotionally unavailable. Also, moved every 2 years on average. Interesting that my sisters don’t have BPD and their plutos aren’t in the 4th! But they had similar trauma. Similar of course isn’t the same, so that’s why they don’t have my disorder.

Absolutely. It's going to involve all shadow aspects of homes and housing. I have this aspect. I've moved a lot, lived in places that were falling apart, learned how to do my own home repair, had power struggles with slum lords, got into housing advocacy, I've been homeless and also learned the value of stability.

Every time I am at my family I get talked down if I ever mention what my heart truly want, So I do barely not talk about my what my heart want anymore. So I can keep them and not get talked out of it and get side tracked once more.😅

I moved back to my hometown, did not realize how bad I have been treated, wrongly, misunderstood and how low I feel in this town.
So I am trying hard to manifest my self out of this town again but on a more secure path, truly deep in where I can work from my heart 24/7.
Not having anyone tell me what I can and can not do close by. I do love my family, And I believe most of this is out of how they where raised, that they do not know better cause that is how they been thought life is suppose to be like. You know?

Retrograde Pluto conjunct Scorpio IC, yeah it wasn't good.
I don't get it. IC is very conscious in my opinion. What i learnt from my childhood is say what is, even if it's deep, dark and uncomfortable. I would never be passive aggressive. If someone senses my trauna and doesn't communicate. Their fault. JUST SAY IT. Don't pull back.
