From personal experience experience I found the first 3-6 months the hardest time after being dumped but once you get through this period it becomes easier to get on with your life and not really care about getting back with them. Time is the key ❤
Anyone saying that you should use a 30 day no contact period is full of sh!t. No Contact lasts for as long as it needs to last. If it's 30 days great, most likely in my experience it's between 45-70 days before she reaches out.
