I want to thank you for giving me so much info on your vids and shorts. I'm only 15 working at a lawn care company, and I've learned so much from you and my job.
Jonny do you have issues with your hedge trimmer where under full throttle the trimmer cuts in and out almost like the throttle is bogging down. I have a Stihl HS 45 and just purchased the tool you used to sharpen your blades with. I bought a can of blade cleaner that Stihl makes when i bought my Hedge Trimmer I've put a new spark plug in it and mixed new 2 cycle gas together. I also cleaned the air filter out with some warm soapy water. I only use non ethonal gas. The fuel filter seems to be clean I have not had to replace it yet since I only bought the hedge trimmer a few months ago.
Stihl are known for carburetor issues. I had this same trimmer and after being in the shop 5 times I threw it in the trash and went electric and haven't looked back. I will never own a stihl anything again. Zero issues with my Echo equipment.

Outstanding performance. God bless you
Harbor Freight mini belt sander is my choice. It makes quick work of hedge trimmer sharpening.
Thank you
You're welcome
