Custom Wildlife Cages! Aluminum Tig Welding and Fabricating!

Often times we run across animals, reptiles and other dangerous things. For the most part, we know how to avoid them and observe from a distance. While that is somewhat easy said for us, some of our best four legged friends just don't understand (hint).
Today, we are designing, cutting and tig welding aluminum into amazing wildlife cages. These cages must not only be nice to look at but also functional. Improper design could mean life or death in more than one way. The design and build must be able to with stand abuse of being thrown around while still providing adequate air flow for not only what is in the cage but what is around it. Safety for what will be going inside and everything on the outside as well.
This is part one of this build showing the full build process. Part two we will meet the customer and see how these are actually used and why the design is so important.
