PLUM PIE | with hazelnut crust

  • Hello! Another of my favorite and incredibly simple fall recipes is this plum pie with a hazelnut crust)))
    INGREDIENTS:
    50g roasted and peeled hazelnuts
    100g cold butter, cubed
    50g brown sugar
    200g flour
    1 egg
    500g plums
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    COOKING METHOD:
    1. Put the fried and peeled hazelnuts into the bowl of the kitchen processor. Grind in pulses for 3 seconds. (into a large crumb, not a paste!)
    2. Add cold diced butter, brown sugar, and flour, and combine. Add egg, combine.
    3. Form a ball out of the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    4. Dust the table with flour, take out the dough, and roll it into a circle 5 mm thick. Form aside.
    5. Remove the seeds from the plums, cut the plums into wedges, and put on the dough. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon.
    6. Bake at 400F/200C for 30-35 minutes.
