Three great choices! Especially fond of James Clear's 'habit stacking' routine combined with B.J.Fogg's encouragement to aim for 'tiny habits' to keep it 'within our ability' to enhance successful habit formation.👍

Atomic habits is by far my favorite. James uses a lot of science and is really practical

Identity = Repeated beingness .... Genius concept. Does it matter how much effort you put into the beingness? Have you truly changed your identity when the beingness has become effortless? What if it’s always a big effort?

    • @HeroicBrian

Agreed! What do you think? Zak | Team Optimize

@@HeroicBrian - If it’s always a significant effort, it’s not yet a “being habit”. Is there research indicating people have been able to turn a “high effort” behavior or mindset, into a low or zero effort (habit) behavior or mindset, for the long term? And if so, was it only a minority of people (the ones with already good discipline for example), or did most people succeed in that long lasting transformation?
