In terms of Ganymede (so happy it’s on this list) I’m glad to hear from someone who’s as passionate about it as I am. I agree with everything you said about to. It is one of the sexiest fragrances I’ve ever encountered. Unbelievably unique and fully signature scent worthy. This is one that I can’t stop smelling and never become anosmic to. Minerality done right. Slightly sweaty but fresh sweaty if that makes sense. Love it!
Ganymede! Interesting list. I think you may like the new Encelade.

I'm a fan of Ganymede, one of the most unique and beautiful scents I ever smelled. My son chose it as his signature (and only) scent, strange choice for an 18 y.o, but I approve ! Moreover the projection, sillage, duration are also some of the best I ever encountered, 2 sprays are enough ! Putting my nose on the Profumum Roma creations is on my to do list ;)
Of course Chypre Palatin is number 1 !
His creator is a genius - Bertrand Duchaufour and he is a maestro behind another master piece ; Jubilation 25 for man.
Chypre Palatin with bust is a beautiful art bottle for the shelf of perfume enthusiast.

Welcome back and Happy Summer! I have several from your list and also need to eventually buy the Chypre.
Nice list, Joao Lima. Big fan of your videos. Agree 1000% on the Dior Homme Intense 2020. Toning down the iris turned it into a masterpiece. Currently one of my favs. Dior was on the way with previous versions but not masterpiece. Way too sweet and the iris was cloyingly annoying. Had to wait untl the drydown for the magic previously. 2020 nailed it. The opening, mid and dry down are phenomenal. Woods, Ambrette, Iris, musc all balanced. Utter elegance and originality. Should not be worn casually. Do not understand the love Heritage gets in the community. Voyage is very nice but doesn't perform. TF Beau de Jour is a great throwback. Whole different league than Zino but prob has too much lavender. Amouage Bracken is more modern and easier to love (the mid- drydown, patience with the clove heavy opening..) for classic fougeres. Do not understand the love of the very feminine Musc Ravageur. Too much vanilla and fruit. Diptyque Tempo is incredibly elegant patchouli. Doesn't project but lasts. Can't speak to the patchouli you chose but thanks for the tip. Looking forward to trying it.

Good ones! I still have to try Rosendo Mateu's line. For me, keeping the same designer brands, I'd go for: Habit Rouge, Egoiste and Dior Homme Intense too, Bel Ami and Ombré Leather. For niche it's more difficult: definitely Chypre Palatin, maybe Interlude or J25, Royal Oud, Portrait of a Lady and of course an odd Serge Lutens like Bapteme du Feu.
I have really been enjoying patchouli lately . Love jovoy psychedelique and montale patchouli leaves. Need to try others

@@ScentedMoments I don't even buy designer fragrances! I get extremely bored with them. Like Doir Savage EDT. I hate Ambroxan in fragrances. Profumum Roma is my favorite house so far. Have 8 of 15 offerings(of interest). Waiting on new release next month.

Yes! Lui from Guerlain also smells very similar. I think it's the clove that makes us think that
it´s all ok Joao, my girl can´t stand any arabian or patchouli fragrance , so Heritage EDT means a death to wear it :) so i wear light, transparent fragrances and Voyage d´Hermes is definitely the right choice for the subtropical climate, even for a mild climate where i live (Czech republic)
None of my fragrances made it to your list 🤓. But you mentioned Frederic Malle POAL which I got. Also you mentioned Profumum Roma but I got Meringa and Acqua Di Sale. Also, I got the htf Dior Homme Parfum from Italy 3-4 years ago. ☺️

Hi João, how does Beau de Jour compare to Roja Scandal and Danger? Obviously there's a price difference and no doubt Roja uses more natural ingredients, but still curious😁

Regarding Chypres I would be interested to know your opinion on „Bogue - Maai“ wich is a very natural, intense foresty, animalic, tuberose centered chypre. „Mem“ from the same house is also very great, its an animalic fougere.

Yes! It's a nice scent. It's an easy to like and to wear oud/vanilla scent, with a slight spicy nuance. Good longevity, but doesn't project much, at least on my skin. Overall, good quality scent, specially for those who are starting to discover oud

I have 6 of the 7 Rosendo Mateu fragrances and I am very sad that he is no longer with us, but hope his son will carry on the brand. By the way, I hope you realize you have many women fragrances followers besides me but you seem to target the male followers much more. Nevertheless, it is always a pleasure to see your videos.

Musc ravageur smells as if somebody took a dump into a vanilla pudding. If you are new ignore that. Also ignore Ganymede, you need a decade of fragrance experience to appreciate it.

Yes but Egoiste new version has awfull performance,unfortunatelly. Chanel ruined this masterpiece. So dissapointed of the new version, makes me want to cry.

Sometimes the word*Masterpiece*gets used too loosely. Actually,to me,it’s not as good as the rest of the fragrances you listed. Great Video,other than the Egoiste opinion.To each his own. I guess🤔…
