    I have done MRI brain test in January of this year and MRI cervical spine test in this month for on-going symptoms like neck pain,tingling sensation in arms and legs,headaches.Now I'm confused after this video as these symptoms match my on-going symptoms...please resolve this issue.For info I got MRI brain test normal in January.

    Sir Having neck and upper back stiffness with mild pain since 6 years .MRI done showed mild disc herniation in the cervical region but normal thoracic spine.Took epidural steroids multiple times,medial brach block,RFA ablation and ozone disc nucleolysis but still after all these procedures pain and stiffness still persist more while sitting or any activity associated with prolonged flexion of neck and upper back associated with chronic insomnia(not releived even with hypnotics) during aggrevation of symptoms.
    Even digital spine analysis was done which doesn't show any major issue
    What do to now?
