I freaking love summer camp so much. It’s the thing I look forward too and every year you get the stress of : will I know anyone from last year? Am I with my friends? Do I have a nice cabin? What if I have mean counselors? Just to realize that it was awesome
one of my mates went to america to be a camp counselor one summer along with a few other british uni grades, said was one of the best times. but I'm pretty sure he didn't even know how to camp before he went
I came back from summer camp an hour ago. My legs still hurt from all the walking 😒 but It was organized and fun at least👍 And yes I’m american. It was a camp I’ve been to multiple times. The councilors were campers at one point so they know how everything works and some of the campers come back the next year as councilors so it’s pretty cool. I understand not everyone likes camp, but I like camp. (Except for the food and beds😒)

having lived my my grandmother for a summer I have to say it was one of the best times of my life. she lived in the Appalachian mountains and I was happy to play in the woods or come home and do an hour or two of halo. good times
The funny thing is that my laptop crashed at the end, so it plays the audio for the next video in my shorts, even though I haven't scrolled. It was playing the saddest song ever 🤣
And in Ireland we have the Gealtecht!!!! 3 weeks of constant Irish speaking fun!! Speak English and you get sent home……. Without your money back! But it’s actually very fun
I have to as someone who lives in England that’s the chav version of someone at summer camp because you can just go to sports camps or stuff that you actually enjoy❤
The barely trained counselors teaching kids all these activities they can't even do 😂
