Never had poutine im from California USA.
All we have is chili cheese fries. My favorite is from Tommy's famous burgers 🍔 here in the Los Angeles county area. So good. But would love to try poutine if I can find it. 🍟

You can warm the curds up in the gravy pot with the gravy at the end before pouring the gravy on. Didn't need to use the salamander and get soggy fries.

Never put cheese curds in the frige if you want the squiky experience, even if you take it out of the fidge to get them at room temp, the squiky is gone for good. Just saying 😉
