I love that moment of Character growth, when Riot pulls Venom off of Eddie and is about to eat them, Eddie jumps forward and willingly bonds with Venom again. From hating him and wanting him gone to supporting him. Love it.
The way it shows Riot immediately hiding inside Drake when there's fire surrounding them, then yet despite the fire literally having a risk of killing Venom he still shields Eddie for as long as possible to keep him alive shows Venom truly cared

The movie itself was kinda meh, the plot was very formulaic and predictable. But Eddie and Venom were awesome, and all their cool moments together more than made up for it. It would be so much better if it wasn't hamstrung by the PG13 rating, Venom was never allowed to be nearly as brutal and terrifying as he was in the comics.
