the best tutorial ever thank you so much teacher for sharing this information 💐💐💐💐💐💐👏👏👏👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍👍👍 if its possible please do the same procedure for CFX too thank u so much 😊😊😊
I have a question and I will be really appreciate if you answer and give me a source. what is the Heat Transfer Coefficient in the insulation_outer_wall boundr conditions menu? Is it just the h that we use to calculate convection (Q=hADt) or is it U a.k.a overall heat transfer coefficient that we use for thermal resistance calculations.
in the last boundary condition, you put 340 °C on "steel_outer_wall-shadow" which I think it is the inner wall of the insulation layer _____ Was it possible to use the boundary condition "coupled" instead of the boudary condition you used in this tutorial ? would the result be similar or different ? Thanks in advance
Sir I have a doubt in the analysis of heat sink in a closed domain. If a I change the conductivity of the heat sink can get changes in heat transfer coefficient...? is there any effect in heat transfer coefficient by changing thermal conductivity of solid....? plz clarify sir
Sir, could you please tell how you know the amount of h for air (h=2). I want to do it for another insulation, but i don't know how to calculate h for air. Is it experimental? Thank you for your attantion.
@@AnsysTutor thank you. I have another question. I want to simulate a furnce with dimension 80*80*470cm. the inner temperture is1000c and out side of the insulation( which is 20cm and I know it from experimental result) is 25c. what I got for h is 9000. Is it normal? thank you for your attantion
Sir i am following same steps as shown in video.. but I am not able to get the final calculation result properly.. My iterations are converging at 3rd step.. plz help sir.. how i can manage to do complete 200 iterations as shown in the video.. I think you have changed some default settings which are not shown in this video
You just saved me from lots of troubles
Your videos are magical!:)
thank you😊😊😊
Perfect Video!
Thank you so much for sharing your Knowledge : )
Thank you for your appreciation

what type of insulation is used and for what purpose so whatt is the conclusion? What radius should be opted?
could you tell some more post processing techniques for this case? that will be really helpful.
You can watch our other tutorials , in each ansys fluent tutorial, we had shown many different types of post processing techniques.

Could this be done in Steady-state thermal?

h depends on various parameres like wind velocity, area, etc. for this tutorial I had taken it randomly as 2, there is no eperimemtal data.

My graph after calculation is following a straight line.. only upto 3 iteration and after that it converges.
What is residuals for energy equation?
@@AnsysTutor0.001
Watch the video carefully, I had taken some lesser value for this residual.
@@AnsysTutor yeah i took 1e-30 for energy.. and 0.001 for others.. still my result converges early
