These look tasty, appears they will custom make to order, i'd change a few things, i like my eggs barely done with the yolk not busted, pickles on the side, & no liquid condiments like mustard, ketchup, mayo, sauces, etc...., i like the shredded veggies & cheese, i just like the yolk running through the veggies & onto the burger when i eat it, very nice job by the chef.

The colour of that beef suggests it isn't fresh or has otherwise been mixed heavily with added spices and meats for other livestock. Not an appetizing colour.
