I wonder when the Justice Department is going to announce an investigation into the Capitol Police Department over the officer involved shooting death of an unarmed woman on Jan. 6th? This shooting is being covered up, as was the official Medical Examiner's autopsy report. It took almost four months to release the report, after lawsuits were filed. Something dark is going on here.
When a republican gets back into the president seat and they control both houses. Until them they can't do shit as the dems won't go against their own in that big of a deal.
@@matthewwithum8372 The woman who was shot and killed was guilty of trespassing and maybe other minor charges. She never did anything personally to justify the cop killing her. It's not like she pointed a gun at him, in fact the officials never confiscated any guns that day. The autopsy report became public on or around April 20th or so. To date, the officer involved has yet to be identified. You need to ask yourself, have you EVER heard of a police officer shooting someone and the authorities withholding his identification for what now has been 15 weeks? That is unheard of and has never happened before. A recent report stated the officer has been cleared of any wrong doing, yet has never indicated who made that decision. The police department can't investigate themselves. This entire story is being covered up, and for what reason? The details of this event cannot be withheld forever. Something smells.
@@Stretch316 I believe this is obstruction of justice. There is no reason to withhold critical information from the public, unless you're trying to cover up something. As I said before, something dark is going on.
It seems you don't understand this is an oversight investigation into a police department after a pattern of what seems to be misconduct, this isn't solely based on the murder of George Floyd by ex-officer Derrick S.
If you are a police officer working in Minneapolis you need to leave and find another dept, someplace that's not a major city where the local government and the people don't treat cops like crap. Do not have any concern about leaving those in Minneapolis without police protection because they don't care at all about you and are effectively begging you to leave so why not grant their wishes.
How offensive- let’s go looking for and make up problems, without any initial evidence there is any kind of systemic problem. The officers should all quit
An oversight investigation is offensive?? If they have nothing to hide then they have nothing to worry about! You seem to be scared that these officers might be corrupt and you'll have fewer officers on the field to lick on their boots.

No one is above or below the law, including police officers that commit a crime. Unfortunately, people will continue to be killed by police, some justified and some not. In most of these recent cases, however, the victim contributed to his eventual death. Yes, I said it.....the victim. The dirty little secret that is widely out in the open, but never discussed publicly. If people truly care about preventing the next victim, when will someone in leadership(Merrick Garland) have the courage to remind the public about the first rule of law: obey the law. And if police (the law) question you, obey. All these recent deaths, sadly, were preventable......by the victim.
Good strategy: Take guns away from the law abiding. Ignore the weapons of criminals. Attack law enforcement under the guise of "accountability." Condone mob violence. How much more backward can our country get!?
It hell when you take a criminal and make him a hero what about the little 7 yr old girl shot 6 times and the baby killed in new York and the innocent kids when are they going to be hero they didn't do a thing to get killed
Police should stand down and let patriots deal with BLM and ANTIFA.
Let all police officers resign so we see how it will unfold.

@John Schneller cause breaking into the US CAPITAL isn’t a terrorist act?

Why couldn't the Democratic-run state and city of Minneapolis conduct their own investigation?

Oh good lord. Like Maxine says "SHUT your mouth"
You don't like when the government is transparent over an oversight investigation they are going to conduct?
