A lot of times that quartz date feature is powered by a separate battery that you can take out without affecting the functionality of the camera. Idk if that's true for yours specifically but on my Canon EOS Kiss it's a battery located on the inside of the film door behind the pressure plate

Totally agree that we dont need a expensive camera, especially point and shoots. I have 5 of them which i paid a dollar each at a thrift store and they all shoot great pictures.

yes i think that’s the greatest thing about point and shoots, you don’t need to spend a lot of money to get a good camera that can capture all the small moments… buying the film and getting it developed is another story 🙃

nice video and pics. Recently returned from a short trip to Buenos Aires and am expecting the film to develop. I'm anxious. First time shooting film

there’s nothing like the anticipation of getting a roll of film back, one of the best feelings as a photographer. if all turns out well you’ll have some really beautiful images to remember bruno’s aires by. i consider film to be the best souvenir. thank you for watching and hope your first roll of film turns out great!!

@@tessawrice Yess, that's right. I took a Canon Sure Shot Prima Twin with me. Only bad thing is the automatic flash. Sometimes I wish I could turn it off
