- The time has finally come for us to move Zach across the country from California to Washington DC, taking only what will fit in the car. We drove over 3,000 miles in about 6 days, spending just over 45 hours of driving in total and while we did not get to stop and see everything we had wanted to along the way, it was still a trip of a lifetime!

Thank you for a great video I’m going on a road trip for my birthday next week in my 1998 Lexus GS300 I’ve always wanted this car since 2015 bought it Feb 1 this year a week after my mom died an told myself I’d go on a road trip to find myself in May for my birthday down the blue ridge parkway from NJ an either head to St.Augustine FL to see my boy or go up to Niagara Falls but sad part is me an my ex girlfriend we’re supposed to go on this road trip which makes me sad since she left me on Christmas Day 2022 an led me on for a year trying to cheat on her new bf with me exc I still love an miss her but I have to do this trip for myself to ground myself find myself and rejuvenate before summer…

Don’t follow how you were the absolute last car they allowed thru? You can clearly see the cars directly behind you that you were actually holding up cause you had to slow down to look and record, which btw is very rude & disrespectful!
There was one semi truck behind us, the rest of the cars they stopped and would not let through so the tow truck would be able to remove the truck from the embankment. We were going the speed that the traffic in front of us would allow lol so maybe don't make rude comments unless you have the facts straight
