One of the saddest but humbling experiences was when I left Los Angeles on the 10 East back to Florida. I would Love to one day be able to make my return back to Santa Monica!
I love your traveling videos and watching them and trying to catch up on some of them, you actually inspire me to to be a vlogger and I am in awe of your editing skills.
I love your channel & content! Thank you for sharing your journey! I've only begun to road trip with my dog "Dug" the past few years. Living in Norcal, never gone past Page, AZ eastward yet!
Thank you so much! I usually like to take homemade food at the beginning of the trip like rice balls and fried chicken (ua-cam.com/video/HEfW9PyoLk8/v-deo.htmlsi=kfqN1YWfRKuiqRRk). Then I have granola bars, Doritos Cool Ranch, Starbucks Double Shot... and if I run out of those, I always try to find a Whataburger :)
I will be driving with my adult son from Houston to Anaheim in mid December and love watching your videos. We will stop over at Ft. Stockton and Tucson both to and from. I would love to do a solo trip one day but the thought makes me nervous. Where did you eat in Ft. Stockton? Have you ever eaten at K-Bob's? Also, thanks for the tip about Iexit. I just downloaded it.
How exciting that you'll be going on a road trip with your son! I'm so happy to hear that you enjoy these videos - thank you!😀 In Fort Stockton, the last time I ate at Mi Casita and it was great Mexican food. I've also ate at B's Family Dining and they were pretty good too - friendly staff as well. I have not eaten at K-Bob's because they had mixed reviews on Yelp. Glad the tip on I-Exit helped! It's an excellent app.
I have travelled southward along the estern coast few times. In a closer future, I plan to go all around US, departing from Montreal to Florida, then from there to California upward to Vancouver and back to Montreal. I will go solo with an RV. Wish me well
Love your videos, I have one question I have a problem heights is there any bridges than rival the skyway bridge on this journey on highway 10.I live in Tampa fl and I will be doing this trip.
Hi there - thank you so much! The only bridge I can think of on this journey is the one in Louisiana but it's not nearly as high as the Skyway bridge, so I think you'll be ok. Have a fun and safe trip!!
There is a checkpoint in New Mexico: ua-cam.com/video/5EAN8O4YxI0/v-deo.htmlsi=_KDK82U5PFJ8M36_&t=626 And California had an inspection spot: ua-cam.com/video/utlYm3zdaV4/v-deo.htmlsi=8f7uRJSn9C5dEJ8U&t=415

I want to do this. Were you scared the first time you traveled cross country?
YES!! Hope you'll do it. It's a rewarding experience. I was actually super excited when I did my first cross-country trip😁
You're amazing ❤
Aww thank you, Alma! You are too😘
Hey! I’m curious, how many tolls did you have to go through for this drive?
There are no tolls on this route
Do you book your accommodation ahead of time or just show up and trust that there will be availability?
I always book my accommodations ahead of time.
Are there any unexpected stops? Like check points?
There is a checkpoint in New Mexico: ua-cam.com/video/5EAN8O4YxI0/v-deo.htmlsi=_KDK82U5PFJ8M36_&t=626

Spy family is great! I need to watch chainsaw man…?
YESSS!!! Spy Family is so fun! Chainsaw Man is a totally different vibe, but great as well.
I am traveling from Orlando to Redding , Ca . Is it best going through Phoenix and or through Las Vegas.
I have not driven through Las Vegas on this route. I usually go through Phoenix and it's a smooth ride.
Did you end up doing this trip? I'm trying to find the best route too 😊
What highway do you drive going across?
I stay on Interstate 10.
When’s a good timing to drive to California?
Spring and fall would be great times to drive to California!
I love to road trip but the last five years we have been going to Orlando Fl from Houston and stopping in Destin for a couple of days on the way back...lol
That sounds lovely!
Did you come into contact with any border patrol station ?
I believe there was one around New Mexico or California but they just wave you through
Where do u sleep?
I book hotels ahead of time
Show the road
She can't
I think you are confused with how much you pay in gas ⛽️ 227$ ?? It’s no way
Why ? I made this trip 2 times. Why a You Tube channel. 🤦♂️
Because people love to view her travel experience!
So people like me can get an idea of the experience I’m going to have
