Thanks, my thought is that parliament shouldn't go against supreme court verdict, as both the institutions should have mutual respect for each other in the eyes of general public, I believe that in democracy majority rules, however, a thin line balance between democracy and mobocracy has to be maintained delicately by both the institutions

Even a common can understand that the present law is biased. 😢😢
Why not let parliament or executive have power to elect CJI also . Since ECI can be elected by ruiling govt then let them elect judges and CJI of supreme court as well as high court by making ammendments in constitution. I am sure Supreme court will have no issue with it
