A petition needs to be started for Jeff to cover Altitudes. Since I started listening to Jeff, on earlier albums in Nevermore, you could hear the Cacophony influences all over the place. He's also a Marty Friedman fan. A dream come true is to watch Friedman and Loomis (doing Jason's parts) live one day, covering both Cacophony albums.

He already is , he´s composing with his eyes today with a device created by his father , facing illness but still making music just like Beethoven ...
Truth is the best guitar players today, you name them, are nowhere near the genius of classical music composer's.
yeah...comparing this to Beethoven, sry, but this can't even touch anything like a Beethoven Symphony

Someone suggested Jazz 3s... 3 I think, I haven't looked at one in years in terms of the writing on it, and I never switched back. Honestly though, picks are the least important part of playing, just need a thick one and you're good to go.
+BER2ERKER Big Stubby are very comfortable to hold, but they so much noise. when you hit the string you not only hear the strings ring, but you also hear the pick hitting the string... i dont know how to describe it better. it has to do with the material, Nylon ones are much better then the normal plasatic ones.
I should probably change my picture. I still enjoy the Big Stubby's, but I recently switched back to jazz IIIs.
welcome to Arch Enemy :)
Watching that is like hearing the world's greatest motivational speaker, talking directly to you, and somehow having insight about you that he knows just what to say to get right inside you, and wake you the f*** right up.
From israel TLV: Jason lives in jeef spirit (-:
Jason lives in real life
I Know and love is music
Malmsteen would definitely fail to play this piece, its not entirely in Eminor :-)
I've never thought that someone will be able to make a cover of Perpetual Burn with almost the same accuracy and sound as Jason :O !!! Mind = Blown
Great! Now go join Megadeth
Νικ Λαλησκού that would be awesome!!!!!
I bet you were bald when you started learning the song, and then you practiced 8 hours at day
To be fair, Jeff Loomis' own work is just as complex.
Claudia Ott More complex I'd say, Miles of Machines is one hard ass song.
ESPSJ miles of machines is fucking hard but perpetual burn is WAY harder
makruwn i have try both songs ,and i can play perpetual burn at 0.5 or 0.6 speed, but miles of machines.....the string skipping and abnormal arpeggios is insane.....
+makruwn perpetual burn is easier compared to miles of machines.. even jeff loomis himself sometimes make mistake playing his own song..
Damn. Thanks for helping showcase Jason's genius to the world.
is there a button that i can dislike dislikes?
