The specs spelled out "touchscreen functionality is reserved until supported by software" & like Radiomaster, I took this to mean the hardware was in place, awaiting software support. NOPE! I took the liberty of opening her up & my exploratory surgery yielded no digitizer. There are some unoccupied ports & such visible on the board,seemingly sufficient space within the confines of the radio.i suppose, should one aquire the required bits, has a steady soldering iron hand ,a constitution of solid fortitude, and a track record of NOT fucking up most things one tries to jury-rig, it's entirely possible to DIY a touch screen in the T18, but, as brayed aloud by Bob Dylan & Janis Joplin, it ain't me, babe.

Hey John, thanks for the videos. I just recently bought a tx16s and went with Edgetx. My question is: is there any way to get the start up voice to come on BEFORE the switch warnings? There's also about a seconds delay after the splash screen appears and the voice commands start? Cheers mate
There is no software selectable way to determine the order of voice prompts on boot. On my production radios, I normally delete the hello.wav file anyway. I don't need a "welcome to opentx" prompt every time I turn the radio on. I expect the delay you're talking about is just a function of the boot process. Not much to be done about it.
HI Why did not EdgeTX have the same binding prosedure like OpenTX? I can`t bind Frsky receivers without telemetry with EdgeTX like I can with OpenTX. I need to do this if I want to bind two receiver at the same time and use one as redundancy receiver.
The binding process is manipulated by the MPM firmware, not the radio firmware. In any case, it does use the same process. The option to bind with and without telemetry is available when I select protocols that support telemetry like D16.

I'd suggest making a category named "Templates" where you have templates to copy and move to your active models categories.
I used to do that, now I just copy the model that most closely resembles the one I just created.

I love my Jumper T18 so much. It's been a solid transmitter. Just wish it had touchscreen
Touch is like popcorn. I didn't think much of it until they put a bowl of it in front of me. Now I can't get enough.

Radiomaster makes and sells them. Most of the typical Radiomaster retailers carry them. Radiomaster sent me these directly.
How do you bring up the telemetry monitor?
What I worry about 'touch screen feature ' is my finger accidentally touch the screen and change the setting without being aware of it.

Aside of Flight Time i wish to put Flight Number # (persistent) . How can achieve that?
I'm not aware of a flight number counter in EdgeTX.
Can a touch screen be added to the Jumper T16?
i try to contact jumper support 3 times to ask same question they never replay i'm lucky to have radiomaster t16s totally different support :)
I’ve read it can but I haven’t attempted the change myself.
