these videos have been my entire inspiration to get better at cycling, i picked up a specialized allez 2020 2 months ago and i like to think it made my progress much more enjoyable
Another awesome descent!! I don’t know why, but there is something so enjoyable when it comes to the crisp, positive sound of the mechanical up shifts. I love it! Thanks for sharing, SAFA! God bless!🙏🏼
Pliz dont kill yourself 😅😅😅 Traffic is sometimes weird you can have skill as fk and still get rekt by a beginner driver cuz he doesnt have seen you ( because he was checking his spotify playlist... ) and made a sudden u turn without indicating. Happen to me 3 times already at low/medium speeds and always fully packed cars with teens so maybe i should go faster but survivability tends to zero then 😑 (70.000km ridden)
Because of you, i want to cycling all day long. I love your vids and your passion. I wish you all the best, and sorry for my little bad english. Greetings from Romania.
It's always fun to start the day by watching one of these. Looking forward to seeing you on Terry's Morning Routine in the not-too-distant future (hopefully!).
Ahh, bicycling, and coffee=) Good morning!! He makes it look so easy? Truly awesome!!! Thanks Safa, be safe!!! I love how he films this, showing his arms and handle bars. Makes me feel like I'm riding, the ride . Or following . Wish , I was that skillful!
The water towers between Trousdale Estates and Laurel Canyon stand on what was once known as Wulff's Peak, which was the high point of the range when Laurel Canyon was first being developed, although earth movers have since leveled it off.
Some fun rides to do also, Sunset Blvd is one of my favorite rides, 6 am is pretty empty of cars, unless you get a good sat afternoon with no traffic, sometimes we get lucky. You can also do Santa Monica too.. Great video.
I wish I live out California looks really nice for cycling. unfortunately I live in Syracuse but at Least the East coast make the best Pizza .how fast are you going .?
Should talk about your technique for descending, I get too nervous and struggle with turning while at high speeds. Anything 30+ mph is a really wide turn
what was the top speed coming down this hills please? +i hope you never crash or get hurt, but if you do please do vid of damage & what happened etc please
You really have to trust the grip is there. Just take your time and it will come. Cycling is something that you see true progression in over years, not weeks or months.
Hey Brian, do you ride from your home to the summits and then descend? Sorry if this is a silly question but how many km do you do on your rides, generally speaking, including the filmed part? Love the videos!!! Best wishes.
Loving these vids bro, I just got my first road bike a supersix Evo, but it doesn't handle as smoothly as you make it all seem. Wondering if it's just my skill (lack of) or stem length as it's 100mm
Fun descent but risky and a disregard for traffic rules and car. No front light visible. Any car exiting a parking space would take him out. Overall, an idiot. Car meets biker has only 1 result.
Hey Brian its me again gus and man I am riding everyday now i live in hesperia and we have lots of giant steep streets and hills but i gotta say thanks for the motivation man i enjoy watching you're vids thanks Brian and oh you were right I see nothing but improvement hills I couldn't climb i can finally can it feels great reaching the top and looking back and the effort you did to get where you are i honesty hope i can get to your level of riding so one day we can bomb down a hill together 😂👍😁 stay safe out there riding man have a goodnight 👍
That's the way dude! You're only going to get faster and enjoy the challenge more. The hardest part is always the beginning because it feels like you'll never improve.
Yes in general they do , but nowadays, modern mono carbon frames of good quality won’t break easily. The bad thing is you can’t really assume if your Frame is broken , mostly there are no signs on the surface. You have to prove it with ultrasound :/
I don’t know if he has any anxiety going downhill that fast, but I had it just watching him. Amazing
If you want stressful, watch his Hollywood Hills descents, or the one down Laurel Canyon Blvd.
I had envy. That's a beautiful bike!
It's more "thrill" than anxiety
4:45 looks like a spot in GTA 5
So true
It's called beverly hills it's so similar to a person called beverly felton
What a scofflaw! Total disregard for the rules of the road. Extremely irresponsible! Danger to the community! Could only watch it 3 times.
Are you joking or are you being serious cus my sense of humor is really bad
He is joking, thus why he watched 3 times. Being fictitious.
Tony grises please no politics this is just a bike ride
8:02 holy heck that was close😂
Darwin award contestant right there.
these videos have been my entire inspiration to get better at cycling, i picked up a specialized allez 2020 2 months ago and i like to think it made my progress much more enjoyable
That's a solid bike! Glad the vids helped.
5:54 Hey va a pasar el de la bicicleta

Bla bla bla....this is what the guy does, leave him alone..
Still like his videos though 😅
Mario R well you cant watch his videos if he's no longer live..
He trusts a lot in other people, i cant do that, i am always afraid if someone appears or an animal appears, it will be the end
I'm just imagining his front wheel bearing breaking, and him sliding across the floor at terminal speed.
I wish we have road like that, so I can't afraid during my downhill.
Because of you, i want to cycling all day long. I love your vids and your passion. I wish you all the best, and sorry for my little bad english. Greetings from Romania.
Whats got two legs/two wheels and can outrun mustangs, bentleys, and Mercedes? The one and only Safa
🤘
Definitly have to go back to LA! Watching this makes me water dripping out my mouth 😀 so cool!
Bro there is anything on the internet, TV, real life that gives me more satisfaction than watching this.
🙏
!! SAFA !! Ya hace falta que regreses a CDMX hacer descent strett ...Una ocasión te Vi x Sta.Fe hibas muy muy rápido...👍🏽😯👍🏽
It's always fun to start the day by watching one of these. Looking forward to seeing you on Terry's Morning Routine in the not-too-distant future (hopefully!).
We'll make it happen eventually. Cheers Jacques
Ahh, bicycling, and coffee=)
Good morning!!
He makes it look so easy?
Truly awesome!!!
Thanks Safa, be safe!!!

Stressful ending, thought you were gonna bump into the lexus
Right?!
Just drafting like I used to do behind the derny on the velodrome 😅
Some fun rides to do also, Sunset Blvd is one of my favorite rides, 6 am is pretty empty of cars, unless you get a good sat afternoon with no traffic, sometimes we get lucky. You can also do Santa Monica too.. Great video.
Watching him from 2018
HE IS UPGRADING !!!!
KEEP IT UP BOIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ❤️💯💯🔥🔥
Wonderful ! Suggest you to make VR videos. I’ll wear my VR goggles and ride at home 😉
Love watching your vids!! Motivates me to get on my bike when I get off work. And your voice is perfectly calm and soothing.
Awesome!
Come home from work , cook some food , another upload from SAFA Brian = awesome 👍 chill out with a coffee ☕️ thanks for the vid mate 👍😎🇬🇧
0:01 Just checked for his mail, then: "Let´s go!". Nice home! 😉
Lol doesnt look like he was checking for mail, just seems like thats where he started recording
Great run, when are you doing those PCH downs, again?
Hello from France. I have just discovered your channel today. I love your work, amazing videos 👌
Thank you and bienvenue
Thanks dude your vids always make my day!
You should definitely check out the options for making 180 or 360 degree vids for those who have VR glasses
Hello Safa; can you speak spanish in any video with gravel circuit? saludos de Argentina.
Saludos. I could try for a bit, but I have to concentrate a lot more to speak Spanish so I might go off a cliff or make no sense 😂
Awesome good luck on the way back up!
I’m looking for touchscreen gloves and yours look nice and thin to maintain tactility. Please recommend some, thank you.
I use giro DND. Check the description
SAFA Brian Nice, thank you! Really enjoy your videos!🙏
Would love to have the live stats displayed in top corner as I've seen in other descents. How fast were you going?
he's said before its too much work for every video, but he does it for descent disciples
You deserve more views and likes. I'm lucky to find your channel.
Welcome, and thank you.
had a bit of a tumble yesterday miles from home, messed up my handlebars a bit. i need this for some relief!
Crashing far from home is the worst. Heal up and hope the bike is going to be ok
SAFA Brian thanks man
SAFA you are the man 👍👍👍
What time of day do you shoot these to get as little traffic as possible?
What brand is your bike? Please do a vlog of your bike.
5:42 i have seen this before or i just came back from the future?
I wish I live out California looks really nice for cycling. unfortunately I live in Syracuse but at Least the East coast make the best Pizza .how fast are you going .?
At least you have good fuel for riding!
Should talk about your technique for descending, I get too nervous and struggle with turning while at high speeds. Anything 30+ mph is a really wide turn
Sounds like you need to get comfortable leaning the bike over. You can practice that at low speed just doing circles on a quiet road.
Thank you for your video, your are my inspiration.
🙏
Cheers to another SAFA vid👌
What brakes are you using? They seem to bring u to a complete stop very quickly
SRAM aerolink, standard that come with SRAM Red
what was the top speed coming down this hills please?
+i hope you never crash or get hurt, but if you do please do vid of damage & what happened etc please
How do you do those tight turns so smooth? I get terrified coming down those anymore due to a car hitting me during a sharp right turn.
You really have to trust the grip is there. Just take your time and it will come. Cycling is something that you see true progression in over years, not weeks or months.
This is great! Subscribed!
Is it really bicycle
Was this on the Argon 18?
Yes
How did you get up the hill? I assume a heli drop
You an see the whole ride on Strava in the description
Thanks man. I enjoy your vids btw

Sir which are best road bicycle for beginners?tell me sir
Hey Brian, do you ride from your home to the summits and then descend? Sorry if this is a silly question but how many km do you do on your rides, generally speaking, including the filmed part? Love the videos!!! Best wishes.
I ride from home for about 90% of the videos so far. Every vid has a strava link in the description where you can see the whole ride.
@@SAFABrian Amazing! Thanks and happy riding! Paul
What do you ride on your bike?
You back on your Argon?
This was filmed a while ago. Argon is retired now.
Were the cars super slow or he was so fast
What kind of camera did you use and where did you mount it? Smooth video!
Do you keep pedaling or just chill?
I would’ve used a mountain enduro if it hilly or dh if it’s downhill so I can explore
in this video it looks like you’re carrying a tool bag to mend the tube if it punctures!
I carry the camera gear in there when I'm not filming. Tools go under the saddle.
May i know where the camera you put on?
Wow, some near misses with the cars. Talk about a need for speed, thanks for sharing.
Loving these vids bro, I just got my first road bike a supersix Evo, but it doesn't handle as smoothly as you make it all seem. Wondering if it's just my skill (lack of) or stem length as it's 100mm
Supersix is a nice bike! I make it look easy but it didn't happen overnight.
super cool ......I would like to go there.
Thanks for part two
Fun descent but risky and a disregard for traffic rules and car. No front light visible. Any car exiting a parking space would take him out. Overall, an idiot. Car meets biker has only 1 result.
what camera is he using for record this?
How did you fix your bike??
Haven't fixed it yet. But I will use MMFG carbon repair here in LA
what tyres you use?
And get another one !!! Man, I love the content! Keep the wheels spinning and keep the videos coming!!!
Ride on!💯💯
Thanks Ryan!
What cycling computer do you use?
Garmin 510
What brand of bike computer do you have?
Garmin
Are you back riding the Argon?
Na, my vids don't drop in order of filming. You can always see when they're filmed by hitting the strava link.
What tires do you use, Brian?
Corsa 28. Equipment linked in description of every video.
nice to see the bike survived the crash.
Shot this one before the crash
SAFA Brian ouch! 🤐
Did you fix your Argon 18 or is this old footage?
Old footy
Hey man would you mind telling us viewers what type pedals you're using?
Shimano DA. Linked in description.

@@SAFABrian thanks man hopefully we get to ride together one day i wanna bomb hills the way you do man seems like such a rush 🤙
How do you record such smooth videos , no shakiness please what's your setup look like ??
Ps - good video
Gopro 7/8

操縦能力が凄い………!!
何km/hだしてるんだろう…
すごいよね!!
70kmhぐらいでてるんじゃね?
What cycle are u using man??
Check the link in description
How much max did you go . . .
Why you taked off the km?
I didn't take it off. I didn't put it on...
Overlays for this video would have meant an extra 5+ hours of computer work.
Drafting is a hell of a buzz.
Highest speed?
I’m holding my iPad watching this and my palms are sweaty.... lol... 🍻
Super cycling bro😍😍👌👌
I wish the camera was tilted a little higher.
Bro bike name and price mention pls
Bro where I’m at .. there’s speed bumps so I can’t even risk going full speed down 😪😞😞😞
1:35 Omg 😱 that made me so nervous. I don’t think I can cycle through Beverly Hills. I’m a cyclist myself but this route would give me anxiety
You can easily cycle the same route, but actually use the bike lane and follow speed limits.
Nice bro!
Do carbon frames break?
Yes in general they do , but nowadays, modern mono carbon frames of good quality won’t break easily. The bad thing is you can’t really assume if your Frame is broken , mostly there are no signs on the surface. You have to prove it with ultrasound :/
Does anyone know roughly how fast hes going??
My guess is around 60kmh overall and touching 70kmh in some spots
めっちゃ画質良くて好き❤️
Отличный велосипед и идеальные дороги)
What if your breaks broke
Stop signs: Am I a joke to you??
Amazing, hello from Russia :)
GREAT VID
Got my stickers, quality indeed! Now to find something righteous enough to tag them on. 👍😄🙏
Thank you! Make em count.
